you are one of the people that escalated the problem. so why are you concerned about the thread going down?

Escalated by calling out evil? God forbid that i will see evil and look the other way like you. You will rather prefer that we pat him in the back. I'm concerned because i have gained from here so please just shift several miles from me if you have nothing sensible to alter.

And he had to call the full name of the man online?

Like I told you before, I understand that you want to prolong this matter as you are here still justifying tribalism.

There was no need for any other tribe to respond to him because it was only Patrick Ebere he mentioned on the post.

It's because of people like you Nigeria got to this position, it's also because of comments like this that evil will continue, if good people keep quiet.

Leave that one, he's a known tribal bigot. He sees black and calls it white. Please lets move on, the davod whatever is getting undue popularity out of this

honestly, I don't want to talk anything concerning this issue but it's ridiculous to tell the man to apologise cos of rats that haven't archived anything in their miserable life's and Haven't leave Nigeria to see what's happening around the world (when they do, they will know what HATE is) undecided

They will be ignored and they will finally crawl back to their holes. Here isn't politics section where senseless jobless ediotss fight about religion and tribe. A particular tribe scammed him and he made it clear so he should apologise for that? undecided

And it's also very stupid for someone to be cheated out of his greed and he blames it on a whole tribe. Do you know how many yorubas that have dealt treacherously with me. I bet you he will still go to Igbo shop because of his fixation. Abeg away with him and all his tribal supporters

Finite vs Infinite Mentality: Microsoft vs Apple

Simon Sinek was invited to speak at Microsoft and Apple education summits.

Microsoft had just launched the Zune portable media player in 2006, few years after Apple launched the iPod in 2001. Zune was the most elegant piece of technology that was built with an amazing interface, easy to use, design was spectacular; just a top notch product. At the education summit at Microsoft, 70% of the executives spent most of their presentation talking about how they wanted to beat Apple and be number one. At the end of Microsoft summit, they gave Simon a new Zune, as a gift.

At the Apple education summit, 100% of the executives spent all of their presentation sharing about the vision of Apple and where they want to get to, with no mention of any competition. After the summit was done, Simon was sharing a cab with one of the top executives at Apple - he was the #12 employee at Apple. Simon liked to stir pots, so he turned to him, and said - "You know, Microsoft gave me a new Zune. And it is so much better than your iPod touch". The Apple executive turned to him and said, "I have no doubt". And that was it. Conversation over.

One was playing a finite game - a game where there is one winner. The other was playing an infinite game, where the objective is to keep playing.

One was obsessed with vision and the other was obsessed with beating the opposition. Companies who react strategically to competition, sacrificing on working on their vision, don't realize their highest potential.

_______
A tribal war (infinite game) on a platform where people are focused on achieving their lifelong dreams (building a house, building wealth etc) wont realize it’s potential.

Brabus you have no moral standi to advise anybody here. Did you correct you brother davodguy when he was vomiting bile and you are here talking finite and infinite. How will you have felt if people used your atrocities in time past to cast aspersions on Yoruba. Everyone should just be guided and let's achieve our purpose here.

Rexology:
A man insulted a whole tribe (Igbo Nation) because of his personal experience on here and the elders kept quiet and effortlessly refused to call him to apologize to Igbos.
If it's a standard practice here, no problem but if it's not a standard practice here, it must be condemned by all to avoid a repeat of such and to preserve the mutual respect on this thread.

Because the so called elders are neck deep in tribalism, bunch of hypocrites. You will hardly hear an igbo person calling out Yoruba as a tribe but this people derive pleasure in hating. Does it make you sleep better at night, better change before that hate will gag you and strangulate you.

Just ignore that one talking nonsense, reason I chose to ignore him/her.

The issue of tiles I talked about is on the Ebere guy claiming to have loaded, but failed to do so.

All evidences are against him and he has promised to either refund or replace missing tiles. They have association at that Odunade Building Materials Market and their Chairman said I can come with all evidences for them to deal with the matter. He said if it's true that he had the intention to cheat, they'll close his shop and hand him over to the police. Hence, my mind is at rest.

The sole aim of sharing is to enlighten others which I clearly stated in the post

1. When going yourself to buy anything, negotiate yourself if you don't trust your engineer, then pay your engineer a fee to go with you when going to pick.

2. To also ensure you take time to count your purchases before leaving and never trust the words of those that swore to you.

Some people can't comprehend simple write.

We're here to learn and all builders are free to source their materials from any where they choose and they can keep getting quotes from any where.

I remember how respond to many RFQ. We end up getting some and losing out on others. But that will not prevent us from still responding to RFQs.

Those that are born in the 70/80s can relate.

Please what tribe is their chairman and exco that promised to investigate the case

Ọgá, I just called you now.

I swear, I will never buy anything whatsoever from them again.

My office is on the island, and 20 mins from Idumagbo.

Remember I got all prices from you, but for distance, I went to Idumagbo to buy.

I spent over ₦1,800,000 on cables. Hear the truth, all your prices here are cheaper than I bought.

I regret not buying all those cables from you.
Even if you had made ₦100,000 profit from me, it's still ok, based on your truthfulness.

One Chinedu sold 20mm 7 packs. All were fake an they're breaking any how at the site

We blame government for everything, forgetting we have evil citizens that care about profit than safety of others.

They sell expired goods at Enu-Owa. They do all sorts of evil

Just look at this one. Have you asked yourself how come you are always cheated. It's because of greed simple. You can't guy a guyoyo. Better check yourself before pissing about a tribe because there's something fundamentally wrong with you and your yoruba tribal mentality .

This is one reason why you should ensure your name is added to the document if you contributed to any building in any way. We only know people's capability in their worse moments

What is know is that the Edos find it extremely difficult to pronounce L inside a word.
Eg. Girl is geh
Charles is Chas
Idol is ido
Ideal is idii
People is pipo

You, my friend are one of those visionless, directionless floating nigerians who will rather engage their mouths, before thinking of engaging their brains in public discourse. How you came up with the gibberish you wrote up there without being a cement dealer beats my imagination. None of you here ever went to the cement companies to do any investigative work to know how the price rose that much, but you will be here throwing words around to confuse yourself and others on what you know nothing about.

In this your rubbish post, you admitted Dangote is silent, the government are also silent, but you must talk, and talk whatever comes to your head. You heard they sell ATC for 3000, no verification on how much they got it, or the kick back they offered to get it despite the official cost and you believed it and blamed your fellow suffering Nigerians. Tomorrow now you will all start a riot and kill all cement dealers and the government and Dangote will be laughing at your inflated idiocy.

Yes, far north is selling cement normal, and that becomes an indictment on southern dealers, and you never asked if there are penalties the southern dealers are paying behind the scenes to even get a single supply? In your mind, the south is corrupt, and the north is clean.

You people should get out there and investigate. Not running your mouths like a tap.

What my dealer told me was that Dangote company is hoarding the product. Many distributors but less supply, so these distributors start tipping and bidding high in order to be supplied. That the highest bidder is sure of supply and this adds to the cost of cement. I don't know how true it is but it kind of made sense to me

Is there a shortage of young adults that you would choose an 8 year old child to come and work for you?

Society owes that child an education, not hard labor at this age. And, yes, Society includes you.

You almost sound proud of the fact you are employing an 8 year old.

'Sentimentality' should not be a dirty word here. Would anyone not feel sentimental when they think for a moment it was their own child?

You are breaking the law.

I don't think they employ these underage boys, i think it's a case of apprenticeship
