Thanks for the reference. I know for sure Itsekiri is of Yoruba ancestry. Their language leads credence to that; but their ruling family is another kettle of fish. Ogiame is a bini word. Oba of Benin has always played roles in itsekiri royal house. History has it that one of Bini princes became the first Olu. I wouldn't mind more education if you have more information as regards this

I think Edos aren't Yorubas but their ruling house is obviously of Yoruba ancestry.

The Oba gets to fight a Bini family like that in a mock fight to ascend the throne
And many other pointers to show the ruling is likely to be of Yoruba origin

He’s obviously quoting for a precast parapet. A lot of homeowners have run into problems because we are looking for a builder/engineer who can speak Queens English.

I think I understand what he’s trying to do and how to handle such worker if he’s working for me. I won’t be looking for ways to only cut cost but a way to get the best out of him.

now this is exactly the reason I spoke with the alumaco guy. When I went to site, they were still building the carcass and no plastering has been done. I only asked him to help me with his measurements since he's the last person there to save me some time. In a sane world, it's not a big ask to make from a fellow artisan but I guess we live in a crazy world.


Please everyone, I didn't work so hard,see me called a thief and dragged here only to ruin it over window burglaries.

Stay away from Rabiu Kehinde Adeniyi a.k.a Mountmoriah . He is a Criminal and Fraudster. I paid him #1, 369, 750 to supply me Roman stone coated roofing sheets and accessories. I haven't heard of him till now. All his lines switched off. I sent the payment to his GTB account number 0007312835. I trusted him based on the fact that he delivered wood to my site and I paid on delivery for the wood. After gaining my trust, he took measurements of my roof and opined to supply me the roofing sheets. I transferred to him for 48 hours now and haven't received the materials. I spoke with him this morning and he said they were on their way to Ibadan currently at Guru maharaji. Told him to snap the himself with the vehicle conveying the materials to my site since 10 am, he went off immediately and have been off since. I later called, him two lines switched off.

Please try and calm down abit. He should have found a way to communicate but anything could be the problem. Hoping he calls you tomorrow and delivers your sheets.
