depend on what you need it for.

1. If it makes too much noise by reducing it will make the sound low a bit and reduce fuel consumption too.

2. is basically for fuel reductions from the capurator when the generator is burning fuel

Increasing or reducing 1 doesn't make u have hard start, causes could be
choke lever in wrong direction, bad plug, soaked air filter, low on gas or fuel.

adjust from the capurator, there is one black screw with this + reduce it, the sound will reduce

you're not wrong. inverter AC uses less energy and power and is generator friendly

for sake of explanation,,,,,,, kva = kw = Hp

but ac/pump always use 2 times rated capacity at start .

mean 1hp ac will require 2hp at start then runs with 1hp afterwards.
ie. thus replacing hp with kva or kw you will require 2kva generator min.

now this become trickier, most generator ratings are less than 90% stated ratings ie a rating of 2kva is actually 1.7kva.

so for durability and for other appliances allowance have to be made for them.

to answer your question straight, yes it possible. but in naija context no.

anything ac should be 3.5kva upwards.
