How many mosques and muslims exist in the eastern region in Nigeria?
How many churches and christians exist in northern region in Nigeria?

There you have it, the most intolerant religion in the world remains christianity
i stand to disagree with you.the way churches are built arent the same way mosques are built.however, can you cite or refer me to any attack melted out to mosques in sourthern nigeria of which the reverse is the case in northern Nigeria .time will come when this country would be separated along religion lines so that the north can continue carring their killing sprees over there while we keep progressing with our oil without parasites and pests

My advise to every able bodied youth is to find his/her square root and leave that God forsaken demonic country. You will only know your full potential when you leave naija to a good country in the western world. Even as an immigrant your life has more value than in our forsaken and cursed country. I am sorry for the blind youths who fail to see how backwards we are and wasting their energy on bigotry and tribalism.
i m particularly tired to be associated with the northern Nigeria especially the core north.the dumb president has spend almost 4years with nothing to show for it except poverty and tyranny, yet you guys still choose to cook figures for him.the northern Nigeria are the ones dragging us backward in this country. even with free oil money they receive every month, they still record the highest number of poor and vulnerable people on earth.untill the South is separated from the north, Nigeria will never move forward, the same issue of killing and electoral malpractice will keep repeating itself.God will punish all the Apc chieftains, when they all die, we will celebrate.even the ugly monkey that destabilized Lagos votes in all non indigen area with a view to reduce vote counting for pdp.you will not know peace.everyone that have rigged or voted for APC don't have the good of Nigeria at heart. my people from the South South.please let's wake up and leave this contraption. they use our oil yet no regard for us.

Where are the heavyweights?

Makarfi cannot win his state against Buhari.

Atiku will struggle to win any other state outside Adamawa.

Kwankwaso has a formidable match in Ganduje to share Kano's votes.

Forget Dankwabo. He's too inexperienced to even mount a serious fight against PMB.

Fayose won't even win Ekiti state let alone the entire SW.

Bottom line: If PMB recovers completely and decides to run for a second term, none of these guys can win him in the NE and NW, and he will do very well in NC too. The votes he needs in the SW will easily come from Lagos, Oyo, Osun and Ogun plus Ondo where he worked to install the governor.

Also, the knowledge that a Yoruba man will most likely succeed PMB after 2023 will easily make him win in SW hands down.

SE and SS won't matter much as a handful of states will give more than the required 25% needed there.

Make Una forget online ranting and Nairaland "likes", PMB still holds the trump card.
your insensitivity towards south south is very bad.May God not curse your efforts in life because south south oil pays you and your family bills directly or indirectly.

Are there no competent son from the Niger delta to appoint as chairman or permanent member of any of these committees. it bleeds my heart each time the yorubas and hausas think they owns this country.I will be better the country is dissolve, we are too diverse to be represented at the national level as there will always be an element of injustice in any appointment.

Before u keep blowing steam on unfounded anger. I believe u are only referring to the last state allocation from fg. Well, borno got a lot of allocation because fg is trying to rebuild what the bh war has destroyed as well as cater to IDPs. Ordinarily, the niger delta states receive the highest allocation based on 13% derivation

But lets even assume u are right, how does blowing up pipeline increase allocation to ND? I mean, after driving away all the investment in the region, how do they expect to get the allocation or infrastructure or development?? Where will the money to fund NDDC or Ministry of Nigerdelta or amnesty come from?? Be rational, violence solves nothing!
I want to believe a lot of segment of the economy contributes to the total revenue... my question is that while using oil money to go rebuild north.... what is our biz with you people killing yourselves.. what is boki Harman clamouring for... what are their pains... the should state it out like NDA stated theirs. this dullard president Should better henceforth use agriculture money to rebuild boron and the likes.

ITS DONE BY IT PEOPLE IN THE BANKS, THEY HACK INTO CUSTOMERS CARD DETAILS, AND SEND TO THEIR CO FRAUDSTERS OUTSIDE NIGERIA WHO USE IT FOR PURCHASES IN STORES AND ONLINE WITH A CLONED CARD
you dont comment on issues when you are ignorant of process surrounding it. yes we know fraud is internal and external..but it will surprise you to know that bank staff don't have access to customers full details of cards. back to the main issue.. the affected person must have used his card on a pos in the US. fraudsters can implant a skimming device on the pos of a merchant without the merchant knowing... then subsequent users of that pos will have their details captured by the skimming device which the fraudster use to gain unauthorize access to making purchases via web with the card details.... in most develop countries.. ppl prefer to using prep
aid cards and get it block after usage to avoid fraud. the said merchant would have declined it because he Actaully released goods to the fraudster who used the hacked card details to make web purchase. chargeback have duration of 90days of which when elapsed with the merchant bank declining the complaint. the Nigerian bank is no longer liable. fraud is even rampant in the said developed countries
BusinessRe: I Got Defrauded By My Bank by spacechuks(m): 7:11pm On Jun 24, 2015
I think all you guys dragging the names of various banks here should be sued for that. No bank can steal your money, the financial system is under control in such a way that you can know the details of every transaction that transpired in your account. Many customers on their own compromised their atm pin, token numbers etc and they end up crying fowl that the bank has defrauded them. @OP...... kindly ask for the narration of that debit, if it is an atm withdrawal, you will know the location, time of that debit. you can go further to ask for the footage if it is an atm withdrawal..... note.. if the footage reveals somebody you know who might have used your card..... the bank would have you arrested first for divulging your pin before dealing with the fraudster. Also many a times most ppl use their cards for online purchase and by so doing revealing their card details online... they end up get debited subsequently for no service rendered or product delivered by merchants involved... the customer would just open his/her mouth spewing gibberish on nairaland....... my advice ask questions, get clarification before jumping into conclusion.

Its a lost cause to try to reason with you . Oil in Niger Delta belongs to Nigeria , If you can accept that

Then , What were your people doing when the foreigners ( I assume you mean whites) [or if you mean Nigerians who aren't Niger Deltans] were acquiring the oil blocks ?

Everything you say is still greed talk , If all states were to take control of their resources , then your famous container business will come to stand still , but then what about other states that have no mineral resources ? You want them to die in penury ?

The people who made constitution are reasonable people in conjunction with more experienced and mentally advanced white people , Until greed set it , everything worked so fine

So lets assume each state controls its resources and suddenly as it began , Crude ceases to exist in your Biafra / Niger Delta , what will you do ??

and what makes you think the 45% SS in the military will all serve your course , Print a leaflet now and ask people most people what they think , they will tell you they think the SS/Niger Delta/ Biafra are being the pain in the butt and common opinion is to silence them

Do that survey and let me know the outcome

So be it! Then secede. This fo0ls thinks it's all about oil. South Sudan is oil rich but one of the poorest countries on earth.
Interestingly, the bulk of the oil that's giving them shoulder pads is offshore, much more safer, as oil exploration coys are divesting from the onshore wells in that volatile region. And offshore access of any country is from its occupied land mass.
All the above story implies that: since the region is small, their offshore access is small and no major exploration company wants to explore in the onshore of the Niger Delta, it makes no economic sense. In less than 10 years if they ever secede, they will be on their knees pan hand.
pls go back to your secondary sch geography. the offshore territories belongs to the Niger delta as well..... most of the offshore activities takes place within the water bodies surrounding crossover, delta, akwaibom, rivers and bayalsa. That is why a civilian will not comprehend the pedigree of a fully trained military general.
Whoever wrote this letter posted by OP needs to read.
Apparently he does not know the history of the Owus even before the 1914 Amalgamation of Nigeria.
The Crown of the Olowu was inherited from Oduduwa.
Chief Olusegun Obasanjo,is Balogun of the Owu Lineage and the Ekerin Balogun of the Egba clan of Yorubaland.

Military training at the Regular Officers’ Special Training School, Teshi, Ghana and later at Mons Officers’ Cadet School, Aldershot, England (1958-59) is not for those who cannot even gain admission into the NDA.

General Obasanjo further trained at the Royal College of Military Engineering, Chatham, England; School of Survey, Newbury, England; Indian Defence College; Indian Army School of Engineering, Poona; and Royal Defense Studies, London, among other military institutions.

The way things are going may make jonathan the last Ijaw man that will ever rule Nigeria; don't miss cute me because the entity called Nigeria will continue for decades if not century to come, the worst is that we get to fight another civil war which will be more devastating that the earlier one fought between 1966 - 1970 not 1967 - 1970 that people are made to believe. Though am neither a supporter of Obasanjo nor that of Asari but asari should know that if it comes to full blown civil war, his side would lose heavily because other tribes outside the former biafran enclaves are sick and tired of the ijaw arrogance & their thought that they can fight and win a full blown civil war; Asari should know that its the same biafran state that fought the first civil war that is going to fight another one God forbid; but if I happens they are going to lose seriously in numbers and land mass which may make so many people refugees within and out side their ancestral homes; another civil war in Nigeria will never be like war ever seen in africa, middle east or even asia; I believe in one Nigeria because I have eat and dined with people of different ethic groups in Nigeria and have good friends amongst them, so I don't won't another civil way in Nigeria because most that start it will not see the end. Nigeria of today have different ethnic groups in Nigeria getting seriously trained & heavily armed and I put it to Asari that many ethnic groups are better armed than his as well as his supporters; he keep bragging about having military training outside Nigeria while some have better military trainings outside Nigeria but don't brag or make noise about it. May God Almighty help the innocent that ain't the one beating drums of war.
