Hi I am a bit confused here. You are defending my authenticity. Is there anyone doubting anything and why?

I don't get it.

I have been offline for a couple of days due to an unusually busy spell on the job within this period especially today with the heart rending accident scene my team and I attended to on the A406 north circular in south woodford and had to assist with stabilising him when we got to the hospital as he suffered major trauma injuries.

However during all this I began to reflect on a few things especially with the set of people I have met and interacted with on this website.

Now this accident occurred in a flash and I am not sure the man in the van knew what happened until it did so definitely did not have the time to make that important phone call to apologise to someone he had offended or to even say some nice words to his kids or wife (assuming they were to be his last).

In my short spell of being on this website I have met with all sorts of people.

The soft spoken
The Smart
The shallow
etc

And then there are those who keep pushing their atheism on people at every turn. Anyway I am in a Chill mood tonight after washing off the blood of someone's husband, friend, brother, father from my hands and boots as has been the practice for quite sometime now and it does cause one to wonder and ponder on a lot of things.

So in order to express my thoughts in a broad way I would need some help from my atheist friends here if they would be willing to assist.

I want them to help me define atheism. I don't know why but it's always bothered me and today more than ever because that middle aged man could have been any of them. So I want to see what makes them tenaciously hold on to whatever it is they claim but would want us to start with its definition then we can go forward.

Can anyone of them help me with this?

I know there is a mainstream definition but that does not make it PERSONAL to you. Can you help me with a definition that makes atheism PERSONAL to you and why you hold it so dearly.

Now you are 24 years old so this makes you a grown man. I will tell you some things now. They MAY shock you but WILL NOT kill you. I only wish to prepare your mind for what those medical tests might discover.

I was once a resident trauma surgeon here in UK before I switched professions to medical field services but while being the former I have seen cases with the same symptoms as yours and operated on a few which was why my questions were rather specific.

I do not know how well equipped your hospitals are in Nigeria but what I suspect you might have is difficult to diagnose especially since it mimics other medical conditions like Celiac disease or diverticulitis or even systemic lupus erythematosus (Lupus).

You may have Crohns disease and based on the diagram you put up, you would be requiring surgery.

You can choose to go the way of those who have suggested portions of scripture or places to visit I would not try to dissuade you if you wish to tow that line. I also believe in the power of prayer and faith and I apply both a lot even as a medical practitioner. However I would want you to follow my advice and go medical with this.

If my suspicions are confirmed then during surgery you would be having some portions of the already affected intestines cut out so do not be alarmed.

If it is crohns disease know that it is not curable medically but it is manageable. Surgery will not totally cure it as it MAY reoccur later in your life. It is a chronic condition.

You may later begin passing mucus or blood spots along with your excreta. This is not a must but very likely.

See a medical specialist. Preferably a surgeon and get fixed albeit temporarily but it would be a whole lot better than now as long as you follow the management process and prescription.

You can ask me any question you desire if you feel bothered by all I just said.

I still insist you run those tests I gave to you because I suspect that what you have is an autoimmune disorder in which a combination of genetics and environment is causing your immune system to attack your own intestinal cells thereby causing gastrointestinal inflammations. The rashes and tiredness are side effects of what is wrong with you.

Also do you experience a lot more flatulence now than you used to?

Man is God's creation and all that man needed to live and thrive was put in man at creation. So all of the tech we see today are simply an expression of man's already given ability to thrive. God did not give man that ability for no reason you know.

How would they have known the plane was going to hit the 1st tower and prepare live footage and yet there were people inside. There was recorded footage of the impact on the 1st tower and the pentagon being hit, not live footage, let's be intelligent. There was live footage of the second tower being hit as a result of live coverage of the aftermath of the attack on the first tower. So your statement that the " 9/11 attacks (plural) were broadcasted live" is false. You would have been more accurate to simply state one attack. To suggest there was live footage of every attack means there was foreknowledge of the targets which there clearly wasn't. Use your so called critical thinking.

1. If everyone logs on to bbc website (assuming everyone has internet connection) the website will crash due to sheer web traffic. This is why we have different broadcasters for different regions.

2. Point number one applies to both TV and radio. This is why we have different broadcasters for different regions for world cup. No one can handle all that. The world cup is universal, Jesus is not and so broadcasters in north Korea will not show it.

3. Translating the language into different languages. Which broadcaster will broadcast in Yoruba or TIV or Ibibio?
