Kenistry: GEJ is no doubt doing grt tins in d country, bt 240 industries & 200,000 jobs? Den y am i still jobless with B.sc Ind chem, wen do dey all recruit all dose workers? I doubt MAN figures dou i hope it's true, cos we nid to move forward, capitalizin on d improved power supply. I will definitely vote GEJ agn, heLs d best President so farConsidering the number of unemployed, 200,000 is a tip of the icerberg though a step in the right direction. If you didn't get any of the jobs, it only means you're not in the best 200,000 unemployed youths of the country. Hopefully, your times come soon, first 1 million perhaps. |
Ak47 bullet: Ratatatatatatata kpoooooom. Suffering and smiling. Fashola take noteUncle Fash should also note that some of the buses are becoming worse than Danfo and Molue. Unfortunately FRSC doesn't really care about them.

Prowise: .....Nasir el-Rufai trying his hands on constructive criticism.Opportunist! Always trying to be on the popular side. |

ganye1: It is unfortunate that Nigerians expectation of their leaders has fallen so low that they view an achievement in a single sector as satisfactory. My brother, learn to take it one at a time. What will ever satify you? Olodo! |
Just saw this now and I joyfully hope it's true: "News reaching me this morning indicates that a suspected backer of Boko Haram has been caught red-handed arming youths in Kaduna State in ethno-religious crises rocking Northern Nigeria was captured in Nasarawa Township in Chikun local government of Kaduna State. There were reported gunshots by his supporters when an army officer on a tip off from the 1st Division of Nigerian Army Kaduna stormed his family to initiate a search, following which rocket launchers, IEDs materials, soldiers uniforms, army belts, cartridges, pump actions guns and some AK47 assault rifles were found and taken away by the Nigerian military team that carried out the action. The arrested gunrunner is Comrade Nuhu Mohammed who is former chairman of petroleum drivers association in Kaduna. He is currently being held in an undisclosed military base in Kaduna. It was also gathered youths in the area this morning when the combined team of soldiers, SSS and police went to the area around 9am for additional search resisted their arrival in to the community. The youths started stoning the security and some wanted to shoot but were restrained by a senior military officer in charge of operations." http://www.naijapals.com/modules/naijapals/nigeria/topic,88873.0.html |
Now I see the logic behind the award of the Lekki-Epe express road to an incompetent and equally inexperienced Hitech coy. There's sure no limit to how far Fashola and boss, Tinubu can go. Imagine a project of such magnitude being awarded single sourced to a company with profile as below: http://www.hitechconstructioncompany.com/ Only in Nigeria. Five years gone and still no completion sign in sight, Rather than penalty, they get rewarded. |

I read with disgust and utter disappointment in Gov Fashola a newspaper report in far away Canada. How on earth could he order scraps as trains for lagosians use. Rather crazy. Read and comment please. http://www.nowtoronto.com/mobile/#story.cfm?c=182186 |

Nice one. Ride on Mr. President. |
Seriously, what is it with evermore properties? How could a subcscriber pay all required fees and he wont be allocated a plot. Rather, he's required to pay #1M for some infrastructural development. Development of a plot he doesnt have? There's got to be something to be done about these guys! ![]() |
no body effs with obasanjo.Man you're a clown, so funny! ![]() |
It's unfortunate how gullible and unintelligent some Nigerians are so much that a mere fictional and illogical story by SR would elicit so much reaction without critical analysis. Mind you, the so called invesigation was not by EFCC but by SR. (read d story again). Morever, its so superficial that it should be taken with a pinch of salt. SR reporters are one and same with PM news don't forget. |

Great guys, keep the results coming! |
GEJ is sure doing great in Lagos. A possible representation of voting pattern in the entire SW. Kudos! |
Bad losers. Common, wake up to reality! |
Just saw loads of under-age voters on queue to vote in Gombe. Shown on AIT minutes ago. Mennh, these malams are stubborn sha. Learn't riot even erupted since they insisted on voting. |
As for me and my house, we voted. I hope you did. 'Do or die' is dead forever. Today we did it with pride and that is why I, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, am proud of you and Nigeria. If you voted today place this on your profile to let the world know that we did it right and we did it together. GEJ 13 minutes ago |
Enemy's gathering rumours. Fools accept them without confirmation. Ignorant spread them. We are tired of hearing rumours. Please give up, don't tell no lies. |
You did not take any pictures?I couldn't help but take some pics when I traveled on d road. I can't post from my phone now but will as soon as I get to the office tommorow. |
I travelled on Benin- Ore road this past week and I was beyond impressed. The reconstruction of the road is virtually complete (just a few kilometres left) and majority of the bad spots are gone. The whole road is been totally resurfaced and the work is so well done. I was beyond impressed at the work been done there!!@poster, last March, I drove to PH travelling the road after 4yrs. I was apprehensive thinking I would spend Hrs in hold up due to bad road. My brother, I was stunned by what I saw. 70% of the road repaired and work still going on. Ughelli-PH road was a greater surprise. GEJ is really humble and not a propagandist. He does so much and yet very little. Stays focused even in d face of detractors. Since that journey, I knw I had found my president. |
@poster, I cannot agree more with you. He promised a three point agenda when he assumed leadership of the country just a year ago and has delivered on all to a reasonable extend. We need to move forward and not drawn back.GEJ with his commitment so far exhibited is the best candidate for the next four years. Like Fashola said in Lagos, there is no time for trial and error. |
