The picture you just posted above contains lots of niches that one can use to bank hard on Kindle publishing.
The low content niches which includes colouring books, planners, guest books, activity books and log books contains graphics which comprise of small written contents and drawn lines.
These low content books are pretty easy to make.
Someone who is fluent in a graphics design software such as Photoshop, illustrator or CorelDRAW can easily put rectangles and lines together in order to make such books.

The other evergreen niches at the right are niches which sells all year long.

But I have to be frank with you, no and low content books requires ads if not lots of them.

This is due to the fact that there are lots of competition in such niches due to the ease of publishing books which has little or no content.
Irrespective of the fact that there are lots of competition in no and low content niches, there are lots of hidden gems that are still buried down below.

So if one be can double up one's keyword research strategy, there are lots of profitable sub-niches that can be found from the low and no content niche.

To further buttress my explanation.

Colouring books usually contains images with black outline and white interior that can be colored when printed.

Guest books are books given to guest that attend a particular ceremony or what not.

Activity books can be for adults or kids. It contains lots of fun activities and games like crossword, sudoku, cryptograms, puzzles, dot to dot, coloring pages and lots more.
Cook book contains pages of lines where one can write down what recipe they are cooking.

Maybe wordpress kind of websites would be built with bots. Highly complex and responsive web apps would be built by real human beings. Besides solidity has a lot in common with JavaScript. Infact it's JavaScript on steroids. Anything web related can't do without JavaScript. It's getting used in game development and internet of things.

With the fast paced advancement of artificial intelligence, it is only a matter of time before AI start building web application by using a supervised learning model.
I have seen AI programs generate perfect faces of real people by just learning from a large data set of similar faces.

That is just a tip of the iceberg. Many people think this ai is hard coded not knowing that it can learn on its own using large dataset and applying deep learning.
There are bound to be errors but with the rapid pace of emerging AI technologies, it will just be matter of time before you see AI building too notch web apps.
All that is needed is to get large data sets of ecommerce website source code and apply a few deep learning and boom, it will generate thousands of ecommerce website that is at the same standard or better than the training data set.

Let's watch and see ten years form now what will happen in the AI world.

In freelance world, you might not need a cert but in a corporate world, you need them.
When you go for interview, you present your Cert then prove the certifications.
