kingjosephat: Rammycares:Yes you can run graphics designing on your mobile phone and make badass designs that can match that of a system. I have used some apps like pixellab and pics art to make really cool graphics. I think graphics design is all about being creative and not necessarily the software involved. Below are samples of works. BTW I have use these apps to design for clients and get paid. Holla if you need a tutorial. I also have a YouTube channel where I upload these.

iLegendd:30 First Bank Thanks sir. |
iLegendd:Thanks sir. I am not a writer tho. The situation made me embrace it. |
iLegendd:Well sir, to be frank, your post here have always served as a motivation to me on my kindle journey. Anytime I want to give up on it or whenever I see my empty dashboard stretching blank each day, I come over to Nairaland, search for ILegend on the Nairaland search bar, locate your profile and read up just one of your numerous threads. It serves as my daily motivational dose like it was prescribed for me by a non-existent Doctor. And the cool thing is, you always never disappoint on dishing out well-spiced words from your ever full barn of wisdom and inspirational writings. I am not in a hurry to read all your threads. I saved them for later to take whenever I feel depressed, at least I know that one day my struggles will pay off. You mentioned something about low content books before on another thread. Well, I watched up a few videos on it and I can say that I really want to try it. I now know how to make the design(I use CorelDraw well) as instructed by a YouTuber am following. Sir, that lady is crushing it over there no doubt. I plan to start out soon on that part as I don't see anything really hard about it. The initial research might be hard tho, but I believe I can do it. Now some of the problems I do encounter is the electricity factor. I can't remember the last time we had a stable electricity and my laptop drains like Lucozade. I party solved that one by making use of our school I.C.T center. My first time going there I realized that the place is usually choked up with people who are also on the same mission that I am(charging). So if you don't have an extension to connect, then it is as good as you didn't bother to come. Early birds get to plug in on the few working sockets. I had to freelance for some people to get up a sum of N1700 to buy an extension. I was so proud of myself walking out of the seller's shop with the extension neatly compressed In my old school bag. I walked into the I.C.T center with smiles and all. Little did I know that my Village People were using my picture to fan corn during their meetings. Immediately I plugged in my freshly unpacked extension, it blew like a bazooka. Smells of burnt wire filled the whole place and everyone was visibly afraid thinking that there have been a fire outbreak. Some guys were already pulling out their devices and making for the door. I didn't know whether to apologize on behalf of my quack extension or to cry for the money so wasted. I packed up camp and called it a day. I would have taken the extension back to the seller but I was so angry, disappointed and weak to do it. Even if I did, heaven knows that he will never change it. Those guys lack knowledge of customer service/satisfaction. The next issue is that of subscription. I do wake up at night almost every day to do night downloads, thanks to Airtel's N25 for 250mb. I do recharge N200 and use it up the same night in downloading some important videos which I use in learning not only digital skills but also programming and all those coding stuff. I do this almost every day provided that I have at least a battery percentage of 40 and above. And it is telling on me so badly that my friends confessed I was getting thinner than before. I guess we all need that 8hours of sleep. Nature can't be cheated. School didn't help matters either. I will have to wake up by 7 to prepare for 8 o'clock class. I recently managed to get access to the school wifi and I must say that I am highly disappointed. I couldn't even open an HTML webpage with that wifi! Even a text file of 20kb I wanted to download took ages to even start. Only heaven knows the speed of that wifi. It is virtually useless. But the most annoying part is that the staff there do use the wifi to stream YouTube seamlessly without hangs and all. They must have tushed their wifi up and left close to nothing for the students. Worst of all, they also timed the snaily wifi for just 60hours. That is roughly 3 days. So the question is, what can one do within so little a time frame? For the record, it is 60 hours for the 2 freaking semesters! Next time you get the login detail is on the next level. I am currently on 200l. Although I heard from someone that you can buy unlimited access to the wifi for one month after which you will have to renew your subscription. So I planned to get that one. It is pretty much better and possibly faster than the other. So I would use the 2k for the first month, then the subsequent month. So the data issue is where I need the 2k which you're staked. Alternatively, I can recharge N100 per day whenever I want to do my night downloads. I promise to use it well. So I would be grateful if you can consider this writeup I spun up in response to your post. Pardon my drifts, just wanted to portray at best the state of things. |

Grandlord:Bro to be sincere, it is not possible to learn every module or library in a programming language. In fact, it is virtually useless leaning libraries that you don't need at the moment. I don't waste time learning modules that I don't need presently in my application. Because I have come to realise that even after learning them and you are not using them, you will likely forget them as quick as you learnt it. So I just learn the standard python syntax and whenever an app or program calls for a library, I learn it! No time wasting. I remembered a time i was learning the beautiful soup library. I had no intent to use it for anything. Just to feed my inquisitive mind that's all. I downloaded the official documentation and learnt it from scratch. But later on, I didn't see a place or program to apply my knowledge of web scraping. I literally forgot about the functions after some time. Have you ever tried to learn a programming language before and you downloaded many PDF books all at time. You will realise that there are some PDF you never opened up till the present time. Then what is the use of downloading them? Just a waste of time. Believe me, the above scenario have happened to me. So I learn some module when it is required that I incorporate it into my programs. Learn what you need to reach your goal and move on. You can never learn every thing in a language, grab the tools you need to solve the problem at hand and swerve. My 2 cents. |

Why! A commendable feat! lalasticlala |
Between the Engine of a lamboghini and its exterior which one costs more? Well, it depends on the stack you use,. I have seen a frontend developer salary of more than 400k. But the the frameworks is just too much and you you need at least 4+ years experience. So for frontend, you need HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Ajax, Vie and some other js framework. But on a normal ground with all things been equal, a php, ruby or python developer Worth's more than an average frontend developer. Why you ask? Because almost everyone can make a web design these days. Also there are some WYSIWYG that you can just drag and drop widgets to get a basic professional web design. So the way to go is full stack if possible. But then, it depends on the number of frameworks you are proficient in and your portfolio speaks a lot for you. My verdict: back end developer any day anytime, java is a good one with high pay especially if you know spring boot and MVC software design architecture. Php is also good. Python is hot! Especially using django or flask frameworks. But the thing is to be a master in the language you are currently on. The likely hood of being hired will increase. By the way am a junior django/python developer. |
lalasticlala do the needful. |
So I have to pay a sum of 10$ on squad help to start submitting names to them? |
xoftcore:A friend of line builds Andriod apps with his Andriod phone. But they are not as sophisticated as using a system. |
lalasticlala abeg leave this one for me. I have a wife and 3 hungry kids to feed, 9 malnourished puppies to take care of and a pregnant fowl. Thank you sir. ** starts washing pot ** |
Badmod:Had it been that I am chanced, I would made one for you since you said it is text based. I told you, the amount you pay is dependent on how sophisticated the game is. Anything 3d is 100k upwards. The thing about this is that you need lots of assets. Like you need a graphics designer, an audio editor to make sounds, storyline and then a programmer to stick these together. For a basic 2d Text Based game with just a few level, few assets and logic then you get someone do it for 50-70k. |
Badmod:Maybe 50k - 60k depending. For games without much of heavy assets, you might find people to do it for you at a price of 20k. But all these depends on a couple of things like the levels, the difficulty aspect, AI application and game logic. The more complex, the more costly |
xoftcore:That you don't have a laptop shouldn't be an excuse not to learn programming. I know of a kid who does badass web design with just his phone. He uses anwriter to do the frontend. I once learnt bootstrap with just my phone and I even find itore convenient to use a phone than a laptop. Because it is more portable and last longer than my laptop. I even developed a full fledged web app with django on my mobile phone. I used pydriod 3 for it. Pictures attached below. I am planning on pushing it to github with the help of termux. So the problem is not having a laptop. I know of a guy who built a full web app with his Nokia symbian button phone. So you don't have a cogent excuse not to code because you don't have a laptop. Use the one you have first to start out something. To be honest, I prefer coding with my Andriod phone to system.

iCauseTrouble:Most of these software won't give you up to 80% accuracy. Nothing beats the human intelligence. With that been said, you can try go to chrome web store and check out some extensions there. You can type ' email extractor ' in the search and see what you can find there. But still some of these emails generated might just bounce back so it is not guaranteed. Hunter.io or doseric email extractor can be used. The latter I didn't get the spelling correctly. |
Godmother:Wow. look who is here! The Godmother! I have heard your scores ma. Unto thee I doff my Fedora. May I ask you a few questions? How much do you make roughly with your 53 books? How many books do you write a day? What is the average word count on your books? Any tips for your boys? ![]() Thanks for your inputs ma. |
