tomisinuno:Sir, are there any online material or courses that you can recommend for someone who wants to venture into it. You sound like you are too busy. So I want to get more knowledge to add to the one that you will provide. Thanks. |

makavele:My first impression of your says arrogance and someone who is so full of himself. When it comes to programing languages used for scripting, the processor is not really a huge determinant. I used a 1gb ram laptop of a dual core processor to learn and run my javafx projects. Java on its one is slow in compilation. A feat I think all compiled languages have so I doesn't really matter. I used the netbeans ide to run it. To be sincere, the ide was way to heavy. That is only the downside to running on a Pentium and lower processor. They can't handle heavy IDEs that I am sure about. But then, it is possible to compile programs through the command line which then references the Jre directly and I found that one to be a lot faster. So you saying that using 9th generation processors blah blah blah is utter nonsense. Unless the programmer wants to venture into game programming or wants to use software that requires high end 3d rendering. I don't see any use of a web developer using a 7th generation or 9th generation processors. Simple HTML, css, JavaScript does not depends on the GPU neither does it require much of the graphics processing. Intel and AMD churn out new processors mainly for the gaming community and peeps into virtual reality games. So don't get it twisted. With regards to you asking him of his github account. Why not show us yours? And I am believing that the programs you have pushed there are enterprise standard applications with neat interface and a well organised back end. You seem so proud of your achievement in software development and I would love to see them. Not those baby command line applications BTW. |
tomisinuno:No problem boss. Please quote me when you start the training. Am willing to learn from you as fast as possible. Thanks for finding out time to organise this very nice tutorial. |
tomisinuno:4gb ram and amd dual core processor. Alternativly, I used my mobile phone to login. 2gb ram and octa core snapdragon. |
Reporting for duty today. Sir when do we start for today? |

CapedBaldy:How many gig ram? |
CapedBaldy:Do you have an Andriod phone? If yes then you can start now. |
I started off with java at 15. My first love was Andriod dev. But my 1gb ram lappy couldn't run Andriod Studio. I had no direction then, I jumped from php to c++ to Javafx framework. Nothing to show for it apart from command line based apps. I ported to python. Am 18 now. And I use django framework. Stack is HTML, CSS, Js, python. Edit I learnt nearly half of that with my Mobile phone and I built my first django powered app with my mobile phone. See screenshot below. Some guys won't just do their due diligence. You mobile phone is a s powerful as your PC. Why do you think it is called a mini computer? I know of a guy who built a chat bot with his Andriod. I mean an A.I chat bot just like JARVIS but a mini version of it. PS am not saying having a system is not important. Of course there are some limitations of a mobile phone. The only problem I have is with people who have Mobile phone but keep giving excuses of not starting to learn programming due to not having a system.

If you mum didn't teach you maths then your child hood wasn't fascinating. My own mum would flog maths into your head. She used heels, umbrella, belt and even my new general mathematics on me. Boy had to learn it by force. I even hide maths textbook under the bed when it was time for the regular Mum math tutorials. And I followed in searching for it whilst I knew very much where it was hidden . I was congratulating my self on been smart until my mum asked my brother to borrow our neighbour's son own. Chai!!! I almost ran mad! . Where is lalasticlala? |
iLegendd:Sir how do you do rank your book so fast? This stupid book is at 1m plus. I have seem some videos where I was instructed to go the Amazon search bar, get keywords that has less than 100 and all. Still didn't work. Kindly review and tell me where I got it wrong. Can you recommend any video for amazon keywords ranking? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z5ZR4CL |
eliok:Sir I suck in ranking for keywords, I have tried my best. Please check out what I need to do to be saved. Please sir. Since two months now. Here is the link to some of my books. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z5ZR4CL https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WW7RQYF |
eliok:Yeah |
tomisinuno:Am up |
derrydinny:Python is at its most powerful in data science, machine learning and scientific programming. You might have chosen the wrong language for the job sir. So I recommend you halt that there and focus on one of the following languages. 1. Java: java is arguably the king when it comes to app development for the Andriod Is. I don't know if there exist any library that can transcompile a java app to IOS. But you can check around the internet to see what you can find. If that does not hold, then you will have to learn swift in order to develop iOS apps. And you use an ide for app development. The de facto app development ide is Android Studio. So go grab it! Make sure you system is of standard or else you will regret it. 2. Kotlin: This fresh lady is a hybrid of Java. In fact you can interface java libraries with that of kotlin. And the best part is that it runs on top of the java virtual machine. It is more of an implementation of Java programming language. The unambiguous, elegant and simple version of java so to speak. 3. C#: this language is a member of the dot net framework and can be used with the help of Xamarin to develop not just android apps but cross platform robust applications. Microsoft have tushed up C# so much that you can basically do everything you can do on java with it. There are tons of libraries out there you can import into your program to interface with the underlying android Operating system. 4. React Native: if you are a JavaScript developer, you might find this framework useful in your quest to develop android applications. I only recommend this if you have a basic knowledge of JavaScript. It is quite cool so try it out. You can also combine this with electron.js to make cross platform applications. And that rounds it up for the prominent ones. But if you still won't to go ahead with using python then I think you should try out kivy. QtPython is also a good one but it's learning curve is deep. Basically an implementation of the c++ Qt GUI framework. There is also wxpython. Don't know much about that. And then the worst of them all tkinter. I hate this framework work with passion,. The GUI is just too ugly and outdated. It makes that up in simplicity. You can get up and running in a few minutes. So the takeaway here is ' if you are interested in Android app dev, use java or kotlin' that way you will have lots of answers to the unending bugs that might haunt you during the course of your learning. My two cents. |
Ejiod:Hello sir, I am an ardent follower of your thread and truly, you interest me. But there are a couple of questions that I would love you to answer pertaining to your field data science. 1. How many months did it take you to have a basic knowledge of python data science? 2. What modules are you using for your data analysis? Pandas and what? 3. How did you get your first job as a data scientist? 4. Do you think that Nigeria is harnessing the knowledge of data science properly? 5. What connection does data science has with machine learning? 6. Also what advise do you have for a python developer who might in future venture into data science? 7. Which do you think is gaining more traction now? Python Web development or python data science? I am looking forward to an in depth explanation of the above questions. Thanks for your input. |
Watch video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Vgo5eA1WI0 So I was going through some of my previous designs when I bumped into this grass logo which I did a couple of weeks back. So I said to myself ' Hey, why don't you make a YouTube video on how to do that really cool logo?' Well, I obliged. I had to head over to my Screen recorder to make this video. Not without some practice of course. But it is relatively simple. I don't know, I will start a text based version of my YouTube videos. You know, just to add a little more content to this post. But anyways, you can always use the video above while I get the text based version for those who would love visiting our site. So go ahead and get the following textures which is placed below. You need it to make the logo in pixel lab. Roughly a few kilos, so it won't cost you much. With that said, happy watching. If you have some Andriod apps which you don't know how to use, kindly send me a mail at sparkdkiller@gmail.com and I will make you a quick tutorial for it. I can also make a full indept tutorial to get you up and running. Don't forget to subscribe to get more videos on graphics design or logo design all with your mobile phones. https://mouauhypers.com/2019/11/04/how-to-design-a-grass-logo-on-pixel-lab-with-your-mobile-phones/ |
