No 1: give your life to Christ ,and accept Jesus as your personal lord AMD savior .
Be separated unto him .

Engage praying in tongues for long hours .
Wait upon the Lord often .

By confessing that one is dead to any of this weaknesses even though one could still feel the same way .
The bible says

Romans 6:3,6,8,11
[3]Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?

(This means you have died to shame or fear through the body of Christ )

[6]knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.

(So have the knowledge that though you feel those things they proceed from the flesh and not from your inner self .)

[8]Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him,

(Christ has a new nature a new life ,and so is yoirself )

[11]Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

( so even when you feel this way ,you should subdue it by confessing who you are in your spirit .)

Fear and shame comes from without into the soul of man but mans boldness , confidence and courage should come from within him .

That is any man that has Jesus in his life ,and has the holy spirit dwelling in his or her inner man ( spirit ).

The lord by his holy spirit has opened my heart ; enlightened the eyes of my understanding and has given me a more clearer knowledge and revelation concerning the gift called " utterance "

I am aware that many are not so familiar with this gift ,or haven't heard of it before .
I knew therefore that it is God's good will and desire that I should share with my brethren this grace that he has bestowed upon me ,so that they can be perfected and equipped with the requisite tools for the work of ministry .

To begin : let us define What " utterance " is

The dictionry defination of Utterance is defined as a manner of speaking or the ability to speak or spoken words .

Now utterance has to do with words ,and its articulation . or the manner in which one speaks .

Most human communications are conducted by uttering words .so utterance is a thing of everyday life .

Now coming to human interaction with deities .
Prayers are offered through words ,worship are articulated by words,
commitment and believes are sometimes expressed by words .

We commune with God by words ,and God also commune with men sometimes through words . so utterance is far more beyond human interaction ; it is also applied in religious or spiritual engagements .

Now coming to God communing with men
He does this sometimes through the medium of men .
He put his words in a man's mouth ,and send that man to proclaim the same to a certain person ,people ,community or nation .

The lord replying to Jeremiah's complain of incapability to speak God's word spoke to him saying
" I have put my words in your mouth "
He told him these after touching jeremiahs mouth with an anointing .
That anointing is the utterance anointing
It is the supernatural ability given to a minister so that God's word can be communicated through the inspiration of the holy spirit .
And the operating system of this anointing is that it can pull down ,destroy ,uproot ,cast down build and plant .
What it aim to destroy is false believes ,arguments ,philosophies ,and false ideas or false religious doctrines etcetera .
And it is used to build up a people unto maturity and also use to plant the word in people heart so that faith can be born .

I will give more explanation in the subsequent parts .

Another predator out to prey on the insecurity of the people.

Faith healings is the biggest and Largest income yeilding propaganda of Christian leaders today.

They invest so much money into the organisation of these crusade/revival/retreat and watch night after night as people throng in from all over in search of a miracle/magic.

When nothing happens, they use the all time excuse of your faith not being enough.

Poor suckers keep going from one crusade to the other, giving loads of money for offering/ seed-faith and still nothing.

People with medical conditions jump up claiming to have been healed just cause they felt heat or cold moving in the afflicted areas or because they fell under _hypnosis (anointing) only to go back to the hospital the next day and find out that thier condition isnt any better.

Thousands have died as a result of this deciet and thousands more are still being conned.

As long as diseases, afflictions and troubles abound, crusades and religious gatherings will always be a profitable con for faith healers and religious leaders.

Have you ever seen the sun when it's getting dim ?
Have you ever seen it when the shining fort with the light for a new day ?

Have you ever seen the moon when it is half ?
Have you ever seen it when it is full ?
Those are one and the same sun ad moon .

Who sees the moon half says its half who sees it full says it full
In different places but the moon is one .

The holy spirit is the one who teaches us to discern the meaning of the spiritual experiences we're having .
He teaches you the meaning of the fire you felt burning in your palm .
He teaches you the meaning of the fire you felt burning within your heart .
He teaches you the meaning of the oily or fiery sensation you feel on your tongue .
And all other types of sensations or feelings you might be having .

[12]Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.

[13]And we are setting these truths forth in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the [Holy] Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual truths with spiritual language [to those who possess the Holy Spirit].

[14]But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them [of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them] because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated.

[15]But the spiritual man tries all things [he examines, investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all things], yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight into him].
