spyder880: Leaking decking is a hard problem, some floor it with hard cement and smooth and shine it like the floor, some even fix tiles on the deck. I have also seen a man that poured tar on his deck, the type of tar that is used to do roads, he just melted it and poured on the decking.Thanks Oga Spyder your views and worries are well taken.I should advise my friend accordingly. You all should bury your heads in shame because the Prince of the north has even more purpose built cars in his fleet and none of you could even muster a whisper. Even a blind man could attest that Madam Oduah's ordeal does not stem from the 2 cars but a calculated conspiracy to bring her down and pave the way for a looting spree as in the past in that sector.They started with the Associated airline crash and with the decibel of noise made about the crash, a discerning mind could easily know that some anti-Oduah elements have been waiting in the wings to bare their fangs. gbanikiti: salary is different from gratuity. Do you know how long the person saved 100k to buy the phone?Haba, another status freak here, even if he saves for 20yrs! It is still foolhardy to use two third of your salary to acquire a luxury item such as a cellphone which can change hands easily(ie being stolen 4rom u) or get damaged easily. Oga Spyder, I doff my hat for you. I've been watching and relishing your expertise, knowledge and skill right from the clearing of the land on which this beautiful mansion stands. Kudos to you. Please I need your expertise on the problem at hand. I have a friend who in 2007 built a duplex up to the decking level(don't know the correct terminology) and had a financial setback and couldn't continue since then. He plastered and moved in pending when things would improve to built up. Now the problem is that the decking has started leaking water during raining seasons. Please apart from roofing at that stage, what else could solve his problem and stop the widespread leakages from the decking? Solution will be appreciated. |

Go to Google and find out the length of Ikoyi floating electric bridge and the length of Niger bridge. Niger bridge is shorter than Ikoyi floating electric bridge. But, wait a minute, if you Easterners are not complaining about the performance of your governors, who am I to complain on your behalf. There was a plane crash which was clearly a pilot error and with over 95% of the victims being Yorubas then reason took flight and the campaign to remove Stella erupted from all corners. samleey: To me, this report was fabricated by the AIB, because the pilot cannot defend himself now. Yoruba will say " Oku ni won ma n paro month" meaning you can only lied against the dead because he cannot defend himself again. Our Aviation sector need to be reshuffle. Firstly any Aircraft dat is more than 10 years must not be use Locally in this country. 2nd, any aircraft that is more than 5 years must not be use internationally.Even if the pilot wakes up and tells you that he was over confident that's why he ignored the warning signs you obviously would not believe him because of your desperation to nail Mrs Odua at all costs. You would probably wish the pilot told you that Mrs Odua suddenly appeared in the airplane's cockpit and violently made him to lose control of the airplane and hence the crash.
