HopeVictor: If identified rapists can be given severe purnishment like castration..I think rape cases will reduce.. Not only rapist, a third world country like Nigeria, if serious need to be more stringent with capital punishment for heinous crime, that is going to send a quick message to humans with criminal minds. People need to be aware of the consequences of their actions bfr going into it. |

Don't know why we are so insincere and blinded to the truth in this country. So his political aspiration is more than the extra judicial killing. There are ways and procedures to doing things expecially as regard establishing a security outfit wielding AK 47 guns and pump actions.... You think the FG will allow miscreants to grow wings under the disguise of 'protecting our land'. When there are no acclaimed enemies to fight, they turn on the people they claim to protect'. We are just the architect of our own problem in this country. There are better ways to get things done than using force and rebellious approach against a sitting govt. Obey the laws of the land and the leadership in charge. |

beauty7: This one that we hear people dying every moment!
What is going on?
Well me think that in those days, people used to die in the same manner and quantity that we are witnessing these days.
The only difference is that online news was not common for us to be hearing the news of death as we are currently hearing.
The level of bad news does not increase compared to those days. The only thing is that we are now aware of the bad news due to posting of news online.
In fact,in those days, terrible things use to happen which were not well heard of.
I would not forget the women who died in accident and their blood soaked the garri they went to buy for commercial purpose.
I would not forget the turning of people into yam, goats and the appearance of a woman who killed so many people by spitting water from her mouth.
I would not forget the lady who was admitted into the University of Uyo as a student.
She befriend a boy student of the same faculty.
On her graduation, she asked the boy student to follow her to her house.
But to the shock of the boy student, she took him to the river near University of Uyo.
The river rose up and she said to the boy "My home is inside this river. I would be coming to see you some day"
With that, she disappeared into the river.
The boy student was so afraid he ran to the pastor and asked to be given the feet of Jesus to touch.
My father was the principal field health supervisor of the University of Uyo and the story was told all over the campus.
There were other fearful and mysterious happenings in those days which if it were to happen now,it would shock the hell out of some people.
But it was not well reported as we have now. Hummm.... #Lori iro... Iro pooo. She went to the river and got drowned... Simply put. |

Bukola too is a thief and no Saint but he is better than those 2 idiots combined You were making sense until you typed the last statement. You need to speak fact and not just follow multitudes to sprue trash. Bukola saraki is one of the worst thing that has happened to kwara state.Nothing fundamental was achieved in Education, health, social and amenities, road networks, civil servant's welfare, employment and job creation and even security(political thuggery, cultist and hooliganism increased and were working for him directly or indirectly) both in his 2 terms in office and when he made Ahmed the governor for 8years. Today isn't the day for details. Lai mohd and Abdul rahman especially still has time to prove his worth now that he is in govt and in charge but so far no much has been achieved either. |

When we are truly ready to make this country work, criminals must face CAPITAL PURNISHMENT, people must be scared to commit crime. It should be beyond sentencing or jailing. But here we are still romancing crimes and criminals. Why do we also think the solution to our problem is to change the president, which president ever has solved any of Nigerias problem and or challenges? Who do we see currently as the solution to the problem of this country that can take over from buhari?. By the time they get there, he go clear for una eye. Nigeria urgently needs restructuring. |

densiks: The sack came a bit later than expected
He didn’t have the capacity and expertise required of a club in Chelsea’s position considering the investment made for the season.
So many things were deteriorating with no signs of improvement.Infact Chelsea became like Nigeria especially under the current administration.
You made good points until the last mention. He (Mason) is a disciplined player and shows full commitment in the club, though he has been more favored than other players, if you were in Lampard shoes, you will most likely do same. Nigerian mentality is what will make you see someone doing the right thing being replaced by someone you aren't sure would do the right thing.
I’m happy there was room for a sack unlike what is happening in Nigeria.
Farewell to him,he can take his plans and coaching experiments somewhere else.
Meanwhile he can go along with Mason Mount. |
