What have you done to curb your officers from this act , a lay man refuses a police officer the permission to check his phone then he is detained for no reason or he is maltreated. The law has provided the police with the power to arrest anyone suspicious of a crime even when such police man is off duty . Am sorry Dolapo you need to do more than just rhetorics

Diplomatic immunity covers them .
It's inappropriate, lawless and rude of them but the fact is nothing can be done to them n not even the police can arrest them if the president doesn't invoke or rebuke them to their countries.

Please help o! My sister paid someone 10k who claimed that he has slot for the current replacement going on. After the payment he sent her this number NSCDC/202244/17 as her form/file number.

Now the issue is, he is asking that she pays another 25k for uniform and that she should send her body measurements as that will be used to give her a fitting uniform.

My people as it stands now, she is confused whether she should go ahead and pay or not, so I decided to bring it here hoping that you guys can verify that so called file number whether it is real or not. Right now, I am even more confused than her because it seems that these scammers are upgrading daily.

Every other person before me that commented seem to think it is a scam well I am of a different opinion. I do not think it is a scam but IT IS A SCAM, 10k lost do not lose 35k
