Op don't allow thoughts like this start creeping into your mind because next you'd start feeling cheated, these thoughts can destroy a happy family. Just have the mind that the house and documents belong to the family and anyone can hold it. Yea, u are one Nigerian that has spoken her mind....I noticed most pple here are just following the crowd, some cannot sit down for a minute and analyze the whole story the guy has put up. its not only a woman's responsibility to ensure peace in a home, its a collective responsibility, ego is something that can reduce someone or deprive people of better opportunities, I have seen it happen.I am not a proponent of arrogance and will never be,am only analyzing a situation from my church mind( lol) all am saying is that there is a way the guy wld have managed the situation and no body wld hear a thing. He could have washed the plates and table his case before the brother properly, everybody wld be happy and he won't be told to leave.....wisdom is profitable to.....

It's disheartening to see a good number of people support d young man..even some ladies in this forum who HV been screaming "wrong wrong" fall into the category of the lady(fiancée) mentioned. There is nothing wrong in the young man washing the plates.He would have risen above the threat and averted the misunderstanding he has with his brother now. If he feels too big,let him fetch himself another apartment nd leave his brother's biz alone.the fact that d lady didn't wash the plates doesn't mean she is evil. She could even become the savior of the family in future. What is in washing plates sef that all and sundry in this forum is screaming "wrong wrong"...some guys sha...smh

My sincere opinion is that the guy is exhibiting pride....There are times in life one needs to overlook certain things with humility and maturity, for me the story dozent start here, maybe the guy has been flexing muscles in the house with the lady and she probably wanted to belittle him.
