If it is a genuine company with tax returns then they can sponsor you.
But it will need a letter stating why they are paying and what benefit they will gain.
NOT just stating that you will use their account!

What really happened was that I used a company bank statements where am working instead of them to pay into my account. I want to ask will they find out where I get my remaining money to put in my account.

You can lodge the money into your account and apply after 28 days.
A company can only sponsor you, with their bank account, if they're multinational

I'm not sure you went through all his posts especially last year post. I think you need a code from your bank to be able to make online payment. Visit your bank.

In reference to this, what payment gateway did you try using?

I'm now thinking it is my card that is no longer accepted by worldpay and sending them email might take Some time. Should I tell her to create ANOTHER application and then try ANOTHER CARD on it? @Justwise and @SpikesC Please your advice is urgently needed.

The response is always transaction failed and I have used the same MasterCard to pay on that same application last year before she was denied visa

I learnt that CBN has placed a limit of $300 per day on Nigerian cards. Can this be the reason for the transaction failure? Is there any other means through which I can make the payment?

What is the error message? You need to contact them to see what's going on as so many other people are having the same problem.
I got the notification of $300 limit but am not really sure if it applies to online purchase.

Depending on the location of your school.
If it's inner London, you need 9180. If it's outside London, you need 7380.

Then, you add what ever is left of your school fees

If one covers, there would be no need for the other.

They access you by the information they have about you, so make sure that one of the proofs doesn't prove problematic.
This means that, for example, if your self funding statement of account does not account for 28 days and your scholarship is still enough to cover you, they can deny you based on the statement of account.

@OP, first obtain the IP of the Server you wish to connect to and also obtain the IP of the Server you are connecting from. Contact the web host of the server/website you wish to connect to and ask them to add the IP of the server you are connecting from to the MySQL Access Hosts and grant permission.

Once done, simply replace "localhost" with the IP of the Server and connect!

If web projects are sent abroad instead of developed locally then it tells on local developers. One major reason I hear often is that local developers are not professional. This is why projects fail. Web developers have to remove their geek caps ang glasses and start thinking like entrepreneurs and business men

But, sadly, that is not what we're talking about here.
You're changing the topic, backing your argument with client-developer relationship and professionalism rather than development processes.

All you pointed out is everywhere, and occurs more often in developing countries. In fact, Indian code monkeys are worst. All they do is write your code exactly as you asked them without giving you any kind of consultation (time is money).

Clarifying clients' requirements is also relative, especially in Nigeria.

In Nigeria, clients most times knows the features he wants (user requirements) but has no idea about the technical details of the implementation.
They come to a developer and present their idea. The developer translates it into distinctive features and objective, gives him time frame and cost. Project gets a go ahead and that's it.
The client doesn't care about the language you use, continuity plan, deployment medium and disaster recovery plan. He just wants to get his project up and running by the time you gave him.

Getting back to the real issue.
System requirements are never vague. They are infact, what developers work with in the Western world. The problem is that they're always changing and goes obsolete numerous times.

When a client requests a change in the user requirements, the technical manager translates it to system requirements and the developers changes the codes directly without a modification to the official document. This happens a lot of time that it becomes a problem (new technologies are actually in place to fix this)

Probably you misunderstood the picture in relative to what the OP means by incomplete.

Clients' requirements are always complete. Infact in Nigeria, from my own experience, clients' requirements must be completed as they are basically features or what engineers call user requirements.

But we're talking about system requirements here. 99.9 percent of clients in Nigeria do not know what system requirements are and which results in developers not preparing a proposal that covers it.

That being said, system requirements are always and never fully implemented in the whole wide world. Shikena

I will be covering microcontrollers which can replace any digital IC and will definately needs a circuit board to implement. i will also teach how to produce a PCB locally within a twinkle of an eye.

I stand to be corrected, FPGA is not really common here in nigeria and they dont have good market here. they are not easy to configure and uses HDL(hardware description language) which is nothing like assembly language or C. they are not mentioned at all in most universities and its not part of their curriculum. In my own point of view, we need to use a microcontroller to begin learning embedded systems because its what students are taught in and close to what everybody is familiar with(a microprocessor). then later anybody who is not satisfied with the functionality of microcontroller can go further to learn FPGA.

If you still feel we need a FPGA more than a microcontroller at this time, you can give us a brief tutorial on it and let us compare and contrast.

I totally do understand. I just want to know what you would be covering.

I believe microcontroller is enough as FPGA's, like you said, is a different thing altogether (mostly for advanced users)

If you can cover basic electrical principles, believe me, it will be help a lot
