LMAO....This season Jonathan has 16 league goals, 10 from open play and 6 from penalties. Delap has 12 league Goals, 10 from open play, 2 from penalties. Both have the same goals from open play and we haven't even factored team and league level into the equation.

Jonathan best season is 24 league goals in 2022 and ten of those 24 are from penalties meaning his goal tallies are mostly padded by the amount o penalties he takes and he won't get that here with Bruno being our penalty taker.

Delap for 30million is a screwed buy with no con attached.

Apart from the amount being a little high I don't get the Animus about the Mount signing. I keep seeing he was injury prone but he wasn't before we signed him. He was hardly missing any game at Chelsea. The season before we bought him he missed only 13games for Chelsea with injury. Mazaroui missed 17games for Bayern last season, De ligt missed 23games. It's a shame injury has has kept Mount from actually performing to his ability.

You force your coach to give you consistent game time by performance in games and training. If you are not ready in training no coach will give you game time especially for young players with no experience.

A player that's ready and has shown his progression will get consistent game time in the league or top European competitions. The fact Chelsea are playing them in the conference league while not giving them much minutes in the league says a lot.

He got 12goals this season playing for a relegation threatened Ipswich. I see no reason why he can't get 18 plus for United next season assuming he gets more chances than he did at Ipswich. Plus the addition of Cunha who got 14goals this season we have added significant goal scoring players to the team.
