Nope you are wrong on all counts. Midfield was not a priority and even if we wanted a midfielder it won't be in the profile of those players you mentioned. We have the defensive midfield requirements in Fred,Matic and McTom and we have the attacking options in Pogba and Bruno. If we wanted a midfielder it will be in the profile of a Scholes,Modric or a Xavi. A player that can control the Midfield tempo and keep us ticking even under pressure not another box to box player.

After chasing AWB for the whole summer they got him for 50 million. Then they also got Maguire and Dan James. Full stop.

Please I don't have time for comedy and unserious posts. Our defense last season was among the best in the league,we never conceded more than two goals and last time I checked we conceded the least goals from open play. If our attack wasn't toothless we wouldn't have lost some matches.
