@op, my experience with quite carlcare was the opposite. I enjoyed excellent customers service and a satisfactory one too despite the crowd.
Mine was newly bought too and had a censor fault. I was told repairs depend on the availability of the parts. I was lucky and I waited to collect it fixed same day. The lady told me it could have taken to a week or 2, had it been a new censor was not available. But I was ready for that.
I did not pay a dime.

In your own case, I do not see how Carlcare is at fault here. Where did you buy the phone from? That's the real issue.

And why do u keep going there when you have not been contacted to come?

To me, its just one of those life experiences one goes through once in a while. In such cases, you need a lot of patience, faith and optimism without much castigation and regrets.
