Hello wonderful family. Pls I want to find out if I should print a new statement of account for my son. I printed the statement of account he used for cas on the 9th of November and he will be going for his visa biometric on the 11th of December. Pls can I still use the same statement of account I submitted to his school or should i print a new one. Thank you

Biometric = 13th Nov
Decision mail = 18th Nov

decision mail mail 11/11/2020 mode of collection i paid for DHL till now no other mail when i track the application on DHL web site the response is physical shipment not received yet meaning my passport is yet to be sent to DHL for dispatch should i be worried about this??
please is it normal for a priority application to be this delayed after getting your decision mail or should i go back to ikeja office were i applied to ask about my passport please kindly advise as am really worried.

After now, I haven't gotten any other email nor my passport returned. Is that the normal process or should I be worried?

Track the parcel on DHL website with the reference number given to you. U should be able to know the current location of ur passport.

Transfer money to ur paga account through ur normal bank account. Proceed to ur visa application form online then select paga option not paga verve pls take note. The paga verve option has been giving issues of late.

This is what scare me most about paga verve. You are not the first to make complaint about this issue. I heard it takes several days before it is rectified. Anyone that has overcome this before should please share with us your success story on paga verve. Please what other payment method we can use apart from paga verve.

Use paga instead of paga verve but you have to upgrade your account to level 3.

Hello everyone, I will like to get your thoughts on this. So I studied Geology in my first degree, I have worked in an oil servicing company for some years as a completions Engineer ( Petroleum Engr. related). Now I want to do my Masters in the UK. I actually wanted to go for Petroleum Engenineering but we know oil and gas industry is not booming at the moment and that could limit me in terms of job. I have actually applied to some schools for Civil and Environmental Engineering, and also Environmental Management for Teeside. I have gotten unconditional offer from Teeside for now. Still waiting on the others. My question is, what would you advise I actually go for in terms of versatility for job. Please I will appreciate your sincere advise on this environmental studies. Also I am open to other choice of study that is really on demand practically.

I will advise u go for MSc Civil Engineering. This course is on the shortage list.

For someone that was refused a UK visit Visa in 2009 and is just about to apply for a student visa.
1. Since it's more than 10 years,should it stated?
2. The refusal slip is missing and I can't remember the reason for refusal,how is the best way to explain this while filling the visa application?

Note the visit Visa was later granted in 2009 but the initial one was rejected.

U still to declare the initial refusal. U can state " not meeting the requirements or so" since u have misplaced the refusal letter.

So I don’t have to print any other bank statement for biometrics on 15th September , Since I printed on 12th August and submitted my online application on 18th August too

This topic has been debated several times on this platform. The 31 days validity period count towards the day you submit your application online and not to the day of biometric.

Hi,
I will start by saying experiences differ but I had a great time in Coventry. There's a good blend of Nigerians and other Africans there,so it's easy to adapt when you meet them. Accommodation outside school is cheaper than the ones owned by the Uni.there are lots of menial jobs around,you can easily get jobs in stores at the city center, carehomes or warehouses.
My advice is to target the student ambassador jobs with the University,they pay minimum wage and it's a job you can put on your CV and possibly get reference.The city is easy to navigate and live in, Birmingham is close-by for a night out if you want too. Are you starting online with them?

Remember, one year is too short, if you have other plans explore immediately you settle in.
