It means your passport has been collected from vfs by the courier service paid for.

I doubt this!
Several numbers calling vfs every second and one network tends to drop another due to congestion.
It's a norm having difficulty in reaching them as desired..

Don't take it personal as you will definitely hey back your passport

Hello, I’m not sure of what to do again. I got a notification that my passport is ready for pick up, I called the vfs, the agent was extremely rude to me and even cut the phone on me while I was calling out my tracking ID. I have tried to call the vfs back, but it doesn’t go through. Can anyone please put me through with the process, thank you.

Spoke with them twice just now though.
Passport received by the embassy may take 1month plus at the discretion of the embassy as said by their representative.

First mail was 17th Nov with tracking ID

Got 2 mails on 20th that it is been sent to Abuja and would be forwarded to IRCC and d second said it is been forwarded to IRCC.

The lady confirmed it's with the Embassy since 20th.

Is it a paper application? If yes, then it wouldn't work- it's on hold.

If applied online (an online application) then he is a scam. Only online applications going for now.

Thanks for your input and opinion.
But I feel it doesn't worth anyone to abuse another person on whatever suggestion made by anyone so far it wasn't directed to a particular name.

Bringing suggestions on mails sending in its content isn't a bad idea even as passport has been requested.
(Does it mean everyone's intention is basically about schooling? We are all guilty of trying to run away maybe)- patience is a virtue.

Even if intentions are pure to go study, visa is a privilege and not a right in truth speaking.
Visa grant doesn't even mean anyone cannot be denied entry (so many factors)

We all believe whites (oyinbo) are God and are very holy.. we are enslaved in so many ways even as they look so good to us.

Let us be reasonable with one another..

Patience is a virtue, as we have all waited for months, then a month of wait for passport return shouldn't be a problem.

A ghost update would leave u a message in your mail and nothing would change.

All applications right now are facing same issues.
Once you refresh, it would change from submitted to app update.
Even visitor visa does same.
Could it be that all apps in d world are been worked on at the same time? And u can't see your application details?

Some people can access their account, called a friend of mine to check his portal, he said he could log in and he didn't get the application update. if it was a server downtime, I am sure the situation would be general. my two cents tho, but then again, you can be correct.

Maybe you need to know.
All mails from IRCC goes to internal fraud unit in each banks headquarters to confirm ingenuity or genuineness of maybe a valid transaction.

The below GCMS note confirmed statement of account was verified twice by IRCC through FBN

So how else do you think IRCC verifies bank statements? Banks may not be able to reveal your account balance but they can confirm a mail from IRCC asking them if so and so amount was in your account during a certain period.

Start making plans to submit your passport ASAP so that once the PPR comes, you'll just print it and mail your package within hours. It appears that even those who submitted two weeks ago are yet to get feedback. The earlier you submit your passport, the better for you, especially as you'd have to wait for over two weeks to get feedback.

Submitted - 30th September 2020
Biometrics - 6th October 2020,

however my medical review status has always been "you do not need a medical exam"

Should this be a call for concern ?
