PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Made A Major Mistake Being At The Presidential Debate Tonight. by Spy360(m): 8:48am On Nov 07, 2022
AbujaCitiBlog:
His Excellency Peter Obi made a serious error being at the Presidential Debate. Tinubu snubbed the Debate and Atiku sent his Vice Presidential Candidate. It was a master stroke to show downgrade the debate as second rate. Obi, should have just stood up and announce that he won't be debating with Vice Presidential Candidates. He is too nice and despite public support for him, he might loose because of this.

He should have walked out and tell the organizers that he will only debate with Presidential candidates.
It was not a debate. It was a meeting with the people. If it was a debate he will not stand with Okowa. But as it was a meeting with the people he hopes to serve, he had to be present to listen to them.

The organisers made the mistake of making it a question and answer show; instead of allow the people to simply make demands of the candidates.
PoliticsRe: Obi Is Beginning To Disappoint Me by Spy360(m): 8:45am On Nov 07, 2022
NwaIdeato:
Now hear me out, I'm still a loyal, dedicated and unapologetical Obidient, but I'm beginning to feel that Obi is simply too nice (r maybe too naive) for the Nigerian laissez-faire brand of politics which encourages mediocrity and "anything goes"...my point is, why does Obi have to attend every damn media hosting? It's becoming clear that despots like Tinubu and Atiku don't care about answering to Nigerians and can pick and choose their own narratives since they have all the political muscle to rig their way into power anyway, so why can't Obi just say "fucck it" and also play by the dirty rules of Nigerian politics by shunning all media outlets and doing his own "BIGMANism" since he's also a major contender as well? Obi is just too nice and unfortunately been honest, accountable and transparent doesn't pander to the principles of some Nigerians who have come to accept tyrannical attitudes from our political leaders because of ethnic and religious sentiments.

Obi should have avoided this debate since his fellow presidential contenders didn't think it was necessary to attend it, he should have just sent Datti to represent him...because his presence or not wouldn't still have stopped his growing influence anyway.
A leader who cannot be available during campaign will disappear by the time the elections are over. PO is letting us know that he will be a president that will be with us not one in absentia like Atiku and Tinubu. For me it's a good sign. Leaders should be servants not lords.

Your MCM was Vice to Atiku in 2019. Just a reminder.

I guess Atiku didn't buy Delegates in 2019?
He is a rogue and I am sure he did. That's why I refused to vote last time.

In this current election, he did so again. That's why I will not vote him.

I may consider him again, any time he stops buying delegates.

Kwankwaso might be cooking with Obi.

He's made a lof of reference to his hold in the SE, and the quality of Obi's manifesto

Huge if true.
It is true. Just admit it.

Thanks for all the effort in making the analysis.

On economic restructuring Okowa said there's need to diversify the economy. That's an age long answer that PDP has used to deceive Nigerians. Peter Obi however countered by saying that the economy is already diversified as oil revenue only accounts for 10% of our GDP. The issue according to him is making the diversified areas more productive, like agriculture that accounts for over 40%.

PDP no dey see and lookaway once money is involved.
Both APC and PDP are money laundering entities. I for one cannot support any candidate that bribed delegates to obtain their party tickets. That's a huge red flag for corruption.

Peter Obi keeps crying about the need for integrity and character and he has his history to tell. A history that is very verifiable.

It's not just about giving solutions, it's about character for me.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 10:43pm On Nov 06, 2022
Peter Obi is more realistic in his solutions. He is pointing out that corruption starts from the top and unless the top changes, no matter the white elephants solutions these politicians give nothing will work. The funny part is that there is no political will to carry out those solutions.

He has stated that the basis for this election is trust. Trust for who will not steal. Trust for who is competent. Trust for who has character.

My overall score so far

1. Okowa
2. Kwakwaso
3. Obi
4 . Abiola
If after the fact checking and all the antecedents you have this score then you are biased.

Nevertheless I appreciate the effort in doing this analysis.

How would you have dealt with the Abj-Kaduna train bombings and kidnappings?

Obi says he would done things differently . He would have communicated with the families through out and showed empathy.

This man js a clown.

Kwakwaso says as former defence minister he is well positioned to realise that the 250k members of the armed forces is way too small for a country of Nigeria's size.

He wants to bump the armed forces numbers up to about a million men. He also wants to do this for the police.

This makes more sense
Stop being a nuisance in your analysis.

Obi said there is need to improve intelligence in this country. This is the bedrock of any sensible security measure. Also showing empathy is very important as that will make the government responsive to the security needs of the poeple.

This for me is the best response. Okowa even confirmed this.

Watch the replay, the foul on Saka wasn’t serious, most refs won’t give it. That’s a wasted yellow card in a highly contested game as this. Now he can’t risk getting another yellow.
It's not just about this one. It's about all the hard knocks he has been subjected to. He needs to let the ref no that he can also end the WC dreams of an England or any country's player with his own dangerous tackle if they can't protect him.

Treat her like you have to woo her. Take her out, but her gifts, play games. You will start falling in love with her again.

BBC is just another propaganda tool of the Fulani FG. At least they cannot deny the killings in the south by Fulani herdsmen. Calling the views of the 'media warriors' disinformation is aiding genocide.

BBC have been known to aid genocide in Africa. The Rwandan and CAR cases come to mind.

F**k the BBC.

yesterday when nelson was sub on, alot of fans were like no no, and when the ball wasn't going through his wing they were like, "see nah dem no trust am", when the ball started coming in through his wing they were all saying he doesn't have saka magic and can't take on players. but when he scored!!, and scored again!!, then came the assist. omo!!!
That is why I am against rash decisions or judgement.

I too did not fancy Nelson at the moment he came on especially when deployed at RW. But I was not happy with the quick sticks that fans landed on him. That's the same reason I defend the likes of Lokonga. We must learn to give people the chance before condemning them. And besides both players have not done too bad.

Cedric have been available and this man kept him till md14
Him coming in yesterday felt like fresh air
He did his job perfectly, why didn't he play in any of our European games
Either this arteta is our saviour or he will be the death to us
Time will tell
Cedric is leaving by the end of the season. He has been displaced and is third choice on both fullback position.

I love Jesus beyond his goals and assists, I like what he brings to the table; mad pressing upfront and the never say die attitude.

I just hope he finds the net very soon, we are 3 weeks away from the world cup. I hope he gets picked and excels at the tourney
He had a good game but if he is not scoring it will affect his confidence. He needs to create a balance between how he drops deep and how he stays upfront to score.

I am feeling for him because he is such a talented and selfless player. He is working hard for the rest of the team and not getting his reward. Had he scored a goal he wouyhave been MOTM. But someone else is getting the glory. He needs to find a balance between working hard and working smart.

The 2nd half was the difference and we made it count in a big way.

I still don't like this idea of playing Tomiyasu at LB. White has been decent at RB and plays to Arteta's instruction, he is by far Arteta's best student so I can understand why he has continued to start but our players need to play in their natural/ strong position.
Yesterday I was disappointed that Tomi was starting ahead of Tierney at LB but I took my time to know why.

The main reason I found out was the way Arteta wants to play. He is a tactical genius in the way he arranges his team.

His fullbacks are inverted into midfield. He has just one midfielder in Partey and the midfield would be empty and exposed if the fullbacks are overlapped, so he makes them inverted and instead uses his attacking midfielders to overload the final third, coupled with Jesus dropping deeper.

During attacking phase, either Tomiyasu or White inverts into the middle depending on where the ball is. This is an excellent way of outnumbering your opponents at every point of the game. So far it's working. Arteta only needs better players to perfect his tactics.

Tierney is a width player, and if he plays Xhaka will be forced to drop into midfield. But with Tomi, Xhaka pushes further up which has been a revelation this season.

Good for the Lad that he scored two and an assist but still not the one in my opinion to rely on as a deputy for Saka. For the sake of the team it's a brilliant win and well deserved and yes he made us eat this one today.

I want the best for the Lad but I have just seen enough imho to not be impressed at all . I hope he can take his chance on a more consistent basis and prove everyone that has doubts wrong though. Time will tell.
He is deputy for Martinelli not Saka. He can be a good deputy for Martinelli has he has something that can be nurtured.
