Let me explain that post you quoted. I asked who Berbatov is and further asked if he was a coach, sporting director or a scout because those are the people whose job is to identify quality players.

My point is; any ex-player or even current player can wake up one morning and claim a his favorite player is the best in the world. DO we now agree with him because he is an ex-player and such should know who a better player is?

As good as I may be at rating players, I do not compare my ratings to those who have the pedigree, that is ex players, pundits, managers, scouts etc.

I once watched Iwobi Vs South Africa and was like how terrible the guy was. But after reading some analysis on the game, I found out that in all those rubbish I saw, he had some very good stats in that game.

We as non professional cannot see better than those who have first hand experiences.

I listen to top ten music charts and wonder why no 4 shouldn't be no 1 since it sounds better to my ears. But then, you just have to trust the judges - they know better.

After watching a game and making your personal opinions, try to compare them with what the pros say. If they tally fine. If not, bros bury your opinion and follow the pros, that how to learn in humility. One day you will start making similar judgements.

Who am I(you) to rate players? What pedigree do I (you) have to award scores to professional players? EPL for that matter.

The only flaws in Guendouzi's game is strength and that he gets tired easily. When it's 60mins in the game, watch how he jugs away from the action.

That being said, I still feel Emery should have left Laca for the whole 90 minutes and made just one sub and that's to bring in Iwobi for Guendouzi so the left wing that has been our best attacking option for the past 3 games should have been activated.

Guendouzi isn't a starter. He's started in the last two EPL games because Xhaka got suspended for the Old Trafford game and Mhiki and Iwobi aren't really in form so the coach wanted to try a different system. When Ozil comes back, he'll most likely be back on the bench.

Emery knows he isn't a first team material yet but he's good enough to deputise for the others if needed.

The kid played a huge role in the build up leading to the goal. He's still unrefined but he's very talented and is capable of producing moments like that.

Some people look at isolated cases instead of a more total approach.

Dude gave a man of the match performance just as Torriera. Yes he did lose the ball often, but anyone could see the determination to dominate that midfield as he avails himself for every move.

He eventually came through in the second half, taking on the likes of Fellaini and Pogba, and help push a last minute winner.
