sod09: Spurs and arsenal are 2 different clubs
Spurs are one man team, arsenal are not
You have to consider class, experience and Level of these teams Stop giving excuses. Else Wenger can give you loads. |

sod09: no way No fucking way is Chambers better When last did Holding make the first team? I have watched Chambers recently, yes he is still rusty and uncut, but he has shown good ball winning, interception and game reading. He is a Mertesacker type defender, good in the air. Holding is decent and full of potential. He is faster just like Koscielny, but for now he doesn't look better than Chambers. |

sod09: bros why go far mee or tarkowski 20m
sell chambers and kos, we leave holding he has potential and also mustafi
cech must not be our number 1 sha Chambers is a better defender than Holding.
Holding is just faster. |

sod09: Joarchim loew,Simone or pochettino Yes we can kill Spurs by toasting pochettino
But 3rd world war will likely start For all the hype he gets, what has Poch won? Even as bad as we hate him, Wenger has more trophies than Poch within same period. Heck! Poch has none! |

edi287: Skysports are saying Gazidis prefers Arteta with Enrique and Nagelsmann in the running. I'd pick Nagelsmann out of the three. Arteta isn't ready yet. So was Pep before he took over Barcelona. If you are good , you are. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Spy360(m): 7:55pm On Apr 23, 2018 |
edi287: Top 3 options are Ancelotti, Enrique and Allegri. Vieira and Arteta are outside bets The board will most probably appoint someone without too much in their CV but has huge potentials. Gazidis said the appointment would be 'a bold one'. So Vieira and Arteta are main bets. Roland17 thinks Vieira is poo, but with two semi finals in the MLS I think he has some pedigree. Roland's choice amongst our ex players is Arteta perhaps because of his closeness to Pep. I'd gamble on any of the two. |

sod09: why not Simone he's got a defensive tactics and we can always do well in attack..to defend has always been our problem, you can see the way they tore West Ham in a space of 10mins If we beat Atletico Madrid over the two legs, that would probably end your Simeone hopes. |

kokaneprodigy: the midfield is still ok, what we need to spend on is the back line. Going by how much we’ve spent recently I won’t call the club frugal.
Meanwhile our frugality might even be down to Wenger who knows. Wenger only managed an average side for a top club. A new manager will only explain how Wenger managed to do that over the years. Boy, we are frugal. And Wenger is not the excuse. |

pickabeau1: so it finally happened
spy360.... sorry o I reserve a lot of respect for Arsene Wenger. He made me love this club. I started watching football during his Face off with Sir Alex. I chose to take sides with him. I have no regrets (not really sha . But then all good things have an end ( except salvation). It was time to say goodbye. I sincerely hope he doesn't take another appointment else where, cos I would be mad with jealousy. |

sod09: shey you they hear @Fkhalifa, @ chuckdee4 those guys are very organise and committed ,for them to be 2 points below europa spot says alot Our problem is not the individuals per se, its the system. Football defending has a lot to do with the system adopted and how its suits the individuals executing it. Wenger or Bould (I wonder what his job is) has failed to develop a solid defensive pattern. They have switched from back 2 to back 3 (which actually brought some stability at a time), man marking, zonal marking etc. but have not made the team perfect any. Take Stones for example, at Everton he was like the best missle blocker in the USDF, but at City we hardly find him close to being decent. Check out Gabriel now at Valencia, we could sign him all over again. Its the system. Let Chambers join Burnley, you'd think he is the second d coming of Rio Ferdinand. |

Fkhalifa: I'll rather have Pascal cygan ahead of chambers Chambers is a solid CB for the future. He lacks experience now but he has shown a lot of promise I tell you. He is terrible at RB but OK at CB. Against CSKA, his Introduction for Wilshere brought some stability at the back allowing Elneny to push forward and create those chances. |

Anthony Joshua defeated Parker to hold three major titles- WBO, WBA, IBF.
One elusive major title is the WBC held by the American Deontay Wilder.
A fight between these two is looming.
Current news states that WBA has appointed the Russian Potvekin mandatory challenger to Joshua, and that a fight must be negotiated within 30 days.
The world of boxing is just getting bigger and more interesting day by day especially as AJ is a British Nigerian.
