Our away form is just terrible. It could have been a lot different if we were as good as Burnley playing away.

About strong receivers, all new strong receivers are always better than their previous models.. first.the electronics /hardware has been improved and the software is also improved.
The 4955G(4955series) is good but a little unfriendly to newbies.. the tuner is sharper than 4950h.
Also, the 4955 series takes care of all disecq issue; the decoder automatically allocates the right port once you place it on auto,I believe it's the only decoder having that facility for now..
Folks remember when the 4950h came out we all "roasted it and tossed it into the fire"But now a lot of the " cooks" (members) are using it for dessert..

I am working on it tracking ability. I am taking this 4955b everywhere for clarifications. This decoder makes me look amateur.

4922 doesn't have good software support. Go for more recent stbs like 4950 or 4962I if you can get it. Go forward not backwards.

Stbs are like wives. If you get a new wife make the effort to understand her. If you want her to be like your former wife you will be unhappy. Like I said I have 4955 and I have never failed to nub a sat with it. If you are not pointed at the correct sat your bars are guaranteed to be 00% .

This is exactly what I wanted to find out. Because usually, with earlier decoders, it means there is a problem.

It is a better decorder than 4669, rather exchange it with 4922 but you have to add more money if it is brand new.

What of 4950h

from the installation menu u chose manual scan input d necessary frequency then search it comes out with red and yellow signal and quality bar

Even 4950 is not good for tracking but the best for tracking are 4669, 4922 series. But 4669 Series are just mpeg 4 while 4922 series are HD, 4950, 4955 are H.264 meaning there are some channels which 4950, 4955 will get while 4669, 4922 will not. But HEVC decorders are above them all( T8, T3000, T800 ETC) are in this category. As for me even an ordinary mpeg2 strong decorder(4663 series) can be use for tracking.

Is it still possible to use it for tracking? I gave my 4669xii out when moving to a new place. I don't want to go and collect it back...
How can I manage this 4955b for tracking.

I bought them both from jumia for a client, think they said the b is just a minor update though not notice able in the eyes cos they look the same in fact they both uses the same software from official source. as for the tracking ablilties they both have over bloated signal to the extent that you wouldn't know the real strength and quality until you hook it up with a 4669 or 22, i.e it doesn't give you the steady progression of the signal strnt and guality to enable you track tricky freqs. verdict: not suitable for a rookie xept youv used it before. don't get me wrong it a very good tracker but not too sensitive to little signal.it a hit and go decoder. it like is saying the best or nothing at all.

Mine has both signal and quality at 00%.

I should have bought 4950 then. Because I love tracking.

I bought a new strong 4955 decoder. But both its signal strength and quality are at 00%. Why is this so. I can't even track with it. Please help.

There is nothing like the best decoder but the best decoder to suit your need. Specify what you need it for, I will recommend some for you.

HD, can accept biss, autoroll and of low price..

I want to use it for simple FTA like 28e or 16e. But also want to give room for future tweaking.

Kindly recommend a good HD decoder apart from Strong. Thanks.

I think Pep is a brilliant tactician with a great attacking-possession philosophy.

Just that he has to buy ready made players to execute such mammoth plans. No modern club like City will have the patience to allow him groom or mould his players. Hence the need to buy expensively.

I will take Pep ahead of any other manager.
