There are even employees who have lucrative side businesses in Nigeria.

Some of them had a headstart because they studied a very lucrative course in university.

I know someone who studied Philosophy in the University of Benin, but before even gaining admission, he had known about computer programming/software development and had started learning it. This is someone who finished secondary school in 2007, and had even started learning software development before he left secondary school.

Sometimes I think about how he got to know about software development before 2007 when information was extremely scarce then.

Now, he would always say he needs to know algorithms if he would be able to work in very big organisations (This is growth and realism, not wishful thinking). This is someone who hates everything Nigeria more than you do, because he hates Tinubu, he hates Atiku, he hates Obi, all of them.

This person I'm talking about has been doing remote jobs since more than 3 years now, and he is doing extremely okay.

You think they just got abroad today and tomorrow they have been able to buy Range Rover without health shattering sacrifices and a number of compromises?

For me based on our standards for CF, he is doing well. Creating spaces and dragging away defenders for others to find the goal.

I didn't watch the match yesterday (for the first time in a long time), but all the match commentary, summary and fans opinions I've read seem to suggest Gabriel Jesus bested Gyokeres and most fans have seen that Gyokeres goal problem is neither caused by Saka and Odegaard deliberately not passing to him nor is it caused by other players trying to outshine him.

I just hope Arteta will find a way to use Gyokeres in matches where we will need a profile of his profile & skillset to press opposition defence and mount pressure on them to overturn possession. I believe those teams that like to knock the ball around at the back will suffer if we start Gyokeres against them.

We must understand that Gyokeres was brought as a route to adapt to a different pattern of play when the need arises. Unfortunately injuries to the front line derailed that and so his is forced to adapt to the team's usual tactics.

And he is doing it very well.

It's because of the way Arteta uses his CF. They are not traditional strikers and Gyokeres is forced to adapt. In doing so he will drop down the pecking order which will see Havertz as No1 and then Jesus and even Merino before him.

Gyokeres is not coming to play as an outright CF. He is coming to play a a false 9 or deployed on the LW as a goalscoring/inverted winger same way Arteta used Aubameyang.
