First of all I want to state that these players are trying based on their quality level. But their efforts are not good enough for a club as our status.

Secondly, none of the players you mentioned can command a regular shirt in any of City, Chelsea and United.

We have Cech so does other clubs (Bravo, DDG, Courtois).

Koscielny is decent but not spectacular. Apart from that there is a drop in the quality of defenders in the EPL compared to before, Kos can't better the likes of Luis, Jones, Matip, VVD etc.

Bellerin is still inexperienced, compared to Sagna, Aspilicueta, Valencia etc. Though he is talented.

Forget Monreal and Gibbs. I wonder why they even deserve your mention.

Xhaka is yet to find the form we know him of. Forget Coquelin, till Cazorla returns.

Don't even mention Ox. He is a cow.

Walcott ca only play for Arsenal, no where else can tolerate him.

Ozil and Sanchez are the real stars we got, that put decent performance regularly. We over depend on them.

The only team we are better than is Liverpool and kudos to them. They are indeed punching above their weight, thanks to Klopp. They are the exceptions that will judge us this season.
