To gain mastery in Cyber security, I suggest you enroll for an online degree. Coursera, MIT, etc would give you a foundation. Then you can proceed with certification in cyber security (not cheap).
AI can't replace IT security and compliance roles. As a matter of fact, if you can do a course that's related to AI security protocols and controls, then you will be a "hot cake" in the nearest future.
