There's no need. Viruses: I applied for visit visa for my mum, due to postponing the biometrics date, the biometrics date is now just two weeks away from the intended travel date mentioned in all the application docs.
We have agreed that the intended travel date will not work so plan to postpone. Do I need to write a letter explaining that we have changed travel date and upload or leave things the way they are? |

Thank you for this reply. I can testify. I was at the airport today all I showed was my vaccination card. It was scanned and approved . Always check your vaccine card before going to the airport. Get a qr code scanner app and scan it yourself. It should show a link that goes to ur nph profile showing ur vaccination dates and completion online. I heard the return booking day 2 is still applicable. Nigeria government and thivery behaviour ozymes: Pre-departure and day 2 test for the UK is no longer applicable. But departure PCR test from the UK to Nigeria is still mandatory as of today. Then day 2 test on arrival in Nigeria is still also mandatory as of today. |

Romance › Re: Why Do Men In Their Late Thirties And Early Forties Easily Say "NO" To Sex? by Squid456: 9:12am On Feb 16, 2022 |
Sex is overrated. It's stressful and the lady is just laying there like log of wood. Men just dey sweat on top woman. lecturer50: I have observed that males in their late thirties and early forties can easily say NO to sex.
As in, they may interact with females and do not think of sleeping with her.
Even if the lady is very beautiful and wants sex with the man, he can easily refuse or delay it. And the surprising thing is that they have more opportunities to sleep with women,
unlike the males in their twenties and early thirties who are always looking for sex which they won't even find. Such an irony!
People in late thirties and early forties tends to be more focused and self fulfilled, and tend to discover that Sex is not that important.
I don't mean those who are chronic sex addict. I am talking about a normal somebody.
(As in, those males who are chronic sex addict, even if they are 100 years, they can still rape their great grand daughters to satisfy themselves. So I am not talking about those kind of males.)
My observation though. |

Paid calls and paid mail isn't easy. There should be a regulatory body to report all these inconsistencies and abnormalities to. How can you keep someone passport since June without any explanation. Who does that? Can they do that to their British citizens It's just wrong. AmeliaT: Wow. This is taking the piss. You should have started raising hell in September. Please suffocate them with calls and emails. |

And we have January applicant already picking up their passport. This UKVI people sef kechibaby: Biometric done Nov 26 Virgin passport Followed many suggestions on this thread Received email for pickup on feb 8 DHL just delivered passport today Feb 11
It's been a nerve wrecking wait. 77 days to process a 15 working day visa. And I'm sure there are still people from November waiting.
This is not it can only be God post. Ukvi people no try at all. My advice to anyone applying for visiting visa 1. Apply 3 months before travel date 2. If possible use Abuja TLS 3. There's nothing special about Victoria Island tls. Their so called premium fee is pure scam. 4. It's Always better to pick up your passport if you can. Avoid courier if you stay near Lagos or abuja (as the case may be) 5. Follow suggestions on this page. You don't need any agent. 6. For online payments Nigeria banks don't handle foreign currency transaction well. Useless capitation. I used wallet Africa app for all my online payments ( their dollar card) 7. Be honest in your application as much as possible. Make it simple as much as possible. Leave out confusing details as mush as possible 8. Uploading your documents yourself is easy. Use a good camera phone. Adobe scan app does wonders 9. Finally wish the universe is on your side.
Peace out![November 22 here and used Abuja TLS. Na wa] |

Thanks for your reply.. God bless you. It's a visiting visa that I've done biometric for since Nov 26th . Which airline would you advise I book at. Thank you. Joyousgem: From experience it usually takes one working day to get to Osun, from the email that confirms dispatch. You should have the courier tracking number that was given to you at your biometric appointment.
You can fly from the issued Visa valid from date. That said if you are a student i believe you can only fly a month to your resumption. You will need to book your flight, ideally avoid European Airlines, as transit visa is required.
The covid rules that apply to anyone coming into the UK varies based on whether you are fully immunised or not. Check the UK government website closer to your journey time, as the rules are constantly changing.
If I may ask, is this a Visit visa application, if yes when was your biometric. Trying to figure out the average processing time. |

Yes, we plenty. I did biometrics in November 26th. Nothing yet. I know October folks that are still waiting. It's unfair really. kechibaby: Hello all, please I’ve been waiting for a decision on a visitors visa application which has been carried out since 22nd November, and it’s still at DMC stage.
Is there anyone else who made their visiting visa application in November and still waiting, because I’ve been following this thread and some people who applied even in January have gotten their applications approved already.
Is there a special issue or so ? Or is the UKVI clearing applications from the earlier batch, it’s been so frustrating… |

Wahala! But taking 3 months to process a visa supposed to be processed within 15working day is going to be a monumental failure. Very unfair. Thank you for your contribution . cutebear: No refund or compensation. I applied November 17th, my travel date was December 22nd. Many people are still waiting from October. There’s nothing that can be done unless you decide to withdraw your applicatoon (no refund). |

That's really frustrating. But when is your traveling date cos I have to travel in 2 weeks. I'm afraid the visa won't be out till after my intended date of travel which will render my visa. If this happens can we apply for a refund or compensation. Can anyone help with this enquiry BarbieKogi: Just a general delay. Did biometrics on 24th November, I haven’t received any mail so i went to tls to check, joined the collection queue, so they checked and told me it wasn’t ready. I should go and wait for their mail. |

[quote author=cutebear post=109564023]I've been waiting since Nov 17th. There are some people who have been waiting since October. If you want to know the exact status of your application, then you should send them a paid mail ( https://ukvi.mysecurepay.co.uk/Home) or make a paid phone call to ukvi (+443007906268). [/Thank you Very much for your input I'll do as suggested. But if I may ask, what was the reason in your own case. Cos I thought if there was an issue they'll contact the applicant. ] |
