Get a skill -> work in a company that pays you top money for the skill -> start your own business offering the same skill as a consultant, or develop products/services that utilize the skill for a mass audience -> investing in other companies that are doing well, either directly or indirectly via stocks -> other investment vehicles.

The journey is a 10-20 year journey. Probably not achievable by 40 years of age.

If you think 20 years is a long time, I can tell you it is not...it will pass like breeze.

Manasseh: 2 Chronicles 33 verse 10 and 11, when God heard his prayer of repentance when he was in prison and restored him.

We have the power to reverse negative prophecies because heaven operates a court where the accuser (the devil) comes to accuse the brethren day and night. But Jesus Christ is our advocate (1 John 2 verse 1, Romans 8 v 34 and Hebrews 7 v 25) who takes our prayers and defends us on the basis of His shed blood, which is on the mercy seat in heaven.

Even God Himself said: "plead your case, and bring your strong reasons" (Isaiah 41 v 21).

Even prophecies that are meant for good don't just come to pass: they must be reinforced and contended for on the altar of prayer otherwise they can be withheld, delayed or even truncated.
