If you need a business... Coca cola dealership will be good for you, because of your time constraints. One, its easy to supervise on a weekly base or monthly.. You can be making 150k profit after expenses which includes salary payments to about 3staff since you are starting small.
Your dealership level will be HVO. With one million, rent a shop( don't know what rent looks like where you are), contact any Coca cola sales rep at your area for necessary registration, buy 300empties or more which is 870per empty, order for drinks (both RGBs and One way pack products or anyone of them). You will be expected to sale at company price but if you are lucky to be in a monopolistic area (you know what I mean) you can add like 10naira or more to the price. You have to be buying on a daily bases so as to increase your volume. The value or worth of your entire month volume will be multiple by a percentage it falls into and that will be given to you as incentives.
What you need in this business to be successful are, nice location, good and reliable sale girl and boys( but don't trust) , if you have the money to buy a good vehicle that can be moving round town will be an added advantage, good record keeping from you to avoid Had I Know? You can also add other drinks like Malta, lacasara, Bobo, etc to make your shop attractive and ability to meet all customers demands instead of going somewhere else to buy those drinks.
Also, as a banker you can go into forex trading with forextime . you will make money from it as long as you are not greedy, not scared of losing trends because it must happen once in a while and also you know your strategy and money management. With 300k or more in it, you can be making 70k per month more or less as long as you are not trading with more than 0.05slot for standard account. Mind you, I am an economist graduate from UNN @ 2013, done with NYSC, and I do both business above, and I make quite a lot monthly, enough to cater for my family and still have some left to reinvest. Have being into the first business since 2013 immediately after graduation and my level was just increased to SSD just last year NOV. I go to the shop when I want, sleep when I want, but vigilante of what's going on there at the shop. Hope these help! The words "I love you" seems to be used to express how we feel towards another and even if many do not really understand the deep meaning,we have come to accept that as the usual way of expressing our feelings.

Do you know that at any point in time you can use a simple mind game using those same words to know your stands with your Bae(Before any other). HOW?

Very simple.

This is not what you do always so that it does not become preemptive but can be done once in a while when your bae least expect. Could be once a month or as often as you want but the catch is that the call must be unexpected..

When you call your bae,just end your conversation with "I LOVE YOU" and observe how he or she responds.

1.If he or she replies with I LOVE YOU TOO then relax...you still have nothing to worry about.

2.If the reply is "Same here" then that person might just be shy or not really into you.

3.If the response is "I know" then begin to worry.

4.If the response is "Are you sure" then you just might need to work on your affection towards the person or the person is just being smart.

5.If the response is something like "yeah.huh huh,ok and similar responses" Abeg no waste your time with such.

The bottom-line is that this mind game works very well and can hardly be faked for a long time because there will be some places where your bae will likely never respond favorably if the feeling is not sincere.

So anytime your bae responds to the "i love you" words with any other response asides "i love you too" abeg no dull yourself...something might just be wrong somewhere.

Jamb should be scraped...this same jamb kept me @home for 4years and plus before i gained admission...look @the way students are failing jamb because of poor way of conducting the cbt, in most cases the system breaks down in the middle of the exam leaving the candidates helpless..




I 've said it before and i'd repeat...they should scrap jamb, any student that wants admission should go to the institution of his or her choice and obtain their customized form, write their entry exam, if he or she passes then the school should admit the person, if he or she fails, the student should wait for next year.

Dear #Stancod, i salute your courage in taking the entrepreneurial path. However, there are certain questions you need to ask yourself before you make any move. First, are you gainfully employed, do you have the patience to wait several months before your hens starts laying the 'golden eggs', Have you considered the type of layers you want to begin with, day olds, point of cage or point of lay. Do you have a structure (farm), experience, survival stipends till lay day etc Have you researched the commodity price in your community, and how you plan to beat the pricing mechanisms. These and many more are the questions you need to ponder on if the poultry biz still appeals to you......










Now the cooking gas business, that is awesome. Since you claimed your community is still a virgin land for cooking gas vendors, i suppose you ask yourself this questions too, are there many users of gas cookers in that community, if no, how do you plan to divert their attention to the advantages of using the gas cylinder.
Secondly, where do you plan to get your supply from, how do you plan to move the cylinders (logistics ) , are you naturally careful, then what other branding techniques do you have in mind.

But here is my suggestion, get closer to a gas vendor near you and do voluntary service there. Learn the intricacies of the business, downtime, and roof time. Get his suppliers contacts plus other needed tips and tricks. Then set out to begin yours. Now, you can have access to daily income and have monthly sales projections. With this in view, you can begin your poultry farm,and feed the birds from the gas business profit spillover. Trust me, there will be spillover 'ATBE'. Now you're on your way to building a multi income business 'empire'. Diligence is key, don't make the mistake of trying to show your success by acquiring fancy liabilities like cars and designers. If you need a car, buy a truck or a van, that way, it will serve your business, more like an asset. I'll see you at the top 'chuckles '. maybe when i want to buy million units of your shares.
