If Jesus sent you here as you claimed in your signature, follow what Jesus said about how to give alms. Urgency can make one forget to turn off the camera but that isn't the case here. Most people do it on purpose to be seen by men and for the praise of men.

If Twitter or any other SM company doesn't want to open an office in Nigeria, the only thing you can do is to ban them and maybe bar corporate entities from transacting with them. Taxing twitter without their head office being in Nigeria will set a bad precedence. One day all websites too will be banned. This is abuse of privilege by the govt.

Tax internet service providers instead. If a business leverages on twitter to make profit, tax the business directly.
