They agecheat in mostly African and maybe South American football because we don't have developmental plan from childhood....and we cherish "Instant success" to "development"......the core western countries....don't.....so There is no gain in reducing your age to play in an under 17 competition in the USA

That's what I'm saying. For a footballer it might be near impossible since records are taken from developmental stages but it's not 100% for entertainers.
