Kaziar: There is nothing "amateurish" about condor. If for nothing, you should know condor has an approval rating of 90% as against the 72% of Jack Ryan on Rotten Tomatoes, with both also pulling the same score on metacritic. If condor is your idea of a low budget show, then you obviously don't know what a low budget show really is. I don't really understand what you mean by "Jack Ryan being more believable" or "condor likened to reading fiction" since both shows are wholly based on novels and their movie adaptations. To your remark about Jack Ryan having more "quality", I assume you mean more fanciful which would explain your erroneous comment about condor being a low budget show. concerning Joubert, one can only assume (rightly) that she has a much larger role to play in the shows second season. PS; There is actually not a whole lot of ground for comparing the two shows, for while they may be of the same genre, they are very different shows. The fact that you prefer one to the other does not make the other less than what it is. Well said..... |

DandeNumeruno: Jack ryan has more quality and more believable. Condor is like reading a pure fiction. If I had watched Jack ryan first, I wouldn't have been be able to finish Condor because everything about it screams low budget. The most annoying part is Joubert managed to walk away scot free. nonsense and ingredients. Bro! You need deeper insight no offence Both are great series actually The only difference is condor is more of a slow burner..... In terms of predictability.... Jack ryan was more predictable So many unpredictable deaths and scenes in condor... Like joubert saving the day... When there seems to be no option Or the death of gabriels crew.... In fact most deaths in the series ain't predictable.... Joubert shooting at a fast moving car... Killing joe's accomplice in the process There is no point comparing both, they different, and both are great series... Jack Ryan is more terrorism related.... That's exciting alone Anyways.... 3 episodes in on bodyguard I have had several orgasms..... Been a while i have been this excited while watching a series I wish they can sustain the thrill sha Furthermore..... It's a fact British series are way better than their American counterpart Before you can see one trashy british series.... You must have seen at least 50 trashy American series |

koice: Well, I started watching TV series from the time I was old enough to comprehend what's going on. I remember Secret Of The Sands being my favorite back when I was 7 years old. A story about two twin sisters, a dashing young rancher and a mentally challenged man. You should look it up, it's pretty good. One of my oldest memories.
Passion, Full House and Friends were also pretty huge back then, and later, Buffy, Dark Angel, Egola: Place of Gold, and eventually, Oz which forever changed my perception in tv shows. Naturally, I started seeking shows just as meaningful and hardcore. Prison Break, The Shield, Six Feet Under, The X-files, Masters Of Horror, The Sopranos, Lost, Sons Of Anarchy, Heroes, The Wire, 4400, 24, etc were worthy thrills.
I was also a big fan of fantasy and the supernatural (remnants of my Buffy days I guess), thus I took an instant liking to Supernatural, which incidentally made me take an interest in it's producers, the WB (now the CW), and I got exposed to teen and young adult dramas like One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries, Gilmore Girls, Hart of Dixie, Melrose Place and Nikita.
Eventually, I took a dislike to teen dramas, and by extension the CW, and by extension, all their shows as I moved on. The cable channel, Syfy was and still is a worthy replacement. And for good reasons too, because that's where I became exposed to sci-fi classics like Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate Universe, Caprica and Santuary.
Then, I became more selective of tv shows. Invariably, I found myself more and more likely to watch HBO, FX, AMC, Showtime and lately, Netflix shows, much more than the NBC, FOX, ABC and CBS shows, because of the quality content more prevalent on the former. The shorter seasons also play a big part as I would rather watch quality than quantity.
Seems to me you've been away from the tv series scenes for awhile. My advice, stick to shows similar to the ones that you mentioned and work up your way to the ones that are more complex. Don't jump right in to shows like Breaking Bad & The Leftovers cuz you'll go running for the hills back to your movies (yeah, I know you're a movie guy).
Hmm... See intimidation Kilode! He didn't ask for your tv series resume now |

PS-:- Berlin station season 2 definitely not as good as the first. The whole thing is subpar compared to the first season. I'm telling you It touches the soul |

sirxbit: It is Naw clear u don't really have sense That y morality is as important as humanity. Have you seen a breast feeding mother cum to her work place with her child in the name of breastfeeding? If all breast feeding mother should bring their child to their place of work do you think they will be able to do their jobs? That bring me to misplaced priority. You a student. That means you have to get ur life planned. If she has don that she won't get pregnant while in school. Been it if she's married or not. If she choose to get pregnant and give birth to a child then she should have made future plans of Hw she's going to cope with the child and her education. You here supporting nonsense Better start making use of ur brain. It shouldn't just sit inside that small skull of urs You are very dumb So someone cannot be happily married and still be a student bah? I am done quoting numbskulls Your orientation needs rewiring |

Icosahedron: Listen Sugar. I'm raised in Mathematics and I value rigorous arguments and hardcore evidence. It is not enough to say "everything in your post is flawed " you need to quote them down and address them. We all know you can't be babysitting a bank and at the same time be doing so well in invigilating an examination, that's impossible even for a programmed robot Sugar. I do respect women a lot believe me so I'd appreciate it if you tone down those aggressive words. Well this ain't mathematics... It's based on logistics Anyways i guess we have different opinion on this topic sha But you have converted me with your response, was expecting you to hit me with harsher words All in all, i'm having fun Now you got my respect |

sirxbit: U are a very stupid fool If morality was considered first she won't have to bring her child to the examination hall and of cause humanity on the part of the professor wont be an issue. But since u don't have sense and decide to be stupid, then i pity ur pathetic life. Open ur garbage of a mouth to talk of common sense. If u had one u would have know that wat the professor did was highly unprofessional. Idiot Thank you very much for the insults Just do me a favor..... Google is easily assessable.... You need to enlighten yourself better in addition to the obvious lack of common sense and home training A breastfeeding mother.... Should leave her baby behind.... Cos you think so Or maybe she should not write her exams Your thinking is shallow |

Icosahedron: Listen bro. Refrain from insulting people on social media. Point out the logical flaws in my argument and address them instead of calling me names. Everything about your post is flawed It's from a myopic view You can't even see the [f] on my username hence you referring to me as bro So i'm now more convinced than ever that you short sighted Cos despite the fact that the prof was backing a baby.... He's still doing his job perfectly And the baby is sleeping It's all in the above pictures You even blamed a breastfeeding mother for not leaving her baby behind at home... Who does that? So, like i said.... Think outside your myopic box next time before you type Don't understand why some will still condemn such outstanding exemplary act He deserves praise and nothing short of that |
