He was dating two ladies before we met, they were older than me. The first one was agitating for marriage, the other one was too, but she was more subtle in her approach, then I remember our boss complaining about her 'other room' inadequacies. Men and bedroom things

When I came in, I was little, and was less concerned about marriage. I married an older man. In my husband's voice - I brought peace, no nagging or bickering or disrespect of friends and family. I got along well with everyone. I think the initial two lacked in those departments. Then, I don't ask for money or things too. He just gave me willingly. I didn't pressure him for anything, me wey I dey 'too proud' to ask for help. I always see it as demeaning up till tomorrow. That's as far as my hubby goes.

On my own part, I knew he was the one because we were friends first, and we carried that into the relationship. He lavished attention on me. We'd gist endlessly, he never gets tired of me. Then he can pamper for Africa! I don't ask but he always gives. He never plays the Alpha male game around me. My parents love him!

We've been married for over a decade and it's still like we just met. We still gist till late in the night, we still hold hands while we stroll, we still don't get tired of each other's company, we eat from one plate and the people who know us - family, friends, colleagues, neighbours- call us The Siamese twins.

It's a fairy tale when you marry the one.

I had a struggling business going on when she met me and my main career was on hibernation then.
She came and helped out, I noticed she likes to make money! So I put her in charge of the finances 100% not letting her know that I have a way of cross checking to know if she's faithful. She never failed me once and most importantly she brought in new ideas and better way of handling certain issues.

Most importantly, has all the attributes of "woman of virtue" as described in proverbs 31. I would have been the biggest fool if I didn't take her home

There was a time I took one very "risky career move"; I quit my low-pay job to pursue skill training like that, during that time I depleted my savings and was really in a bad place financially. My girlfriend always says I'm a proud guy (I'm a Benin guy, there are somethings we just don't do - not a rule, just self-respect - I hardly ask for help).

She rendered help to me at my lowest without making me feel less; and her words of encouragement actually made me believe in my self in times when I thought the decision I made was a bad one.

Well, things have gotten much better for me now, and I know she's IT FOR ME.

This one is valid and it's what the citizens should be asking from the center and subnationals. Every duty have rights attached to it. We haven't been asking because:
~ we have not been paying. Forget about indirect taxes.
~ we are tribalistic. We leave our duty of asking when our tribes man is on the throne but ask loudest when another tribe is on the throne.
~ almost all our big people with no exception don't pay reasonable taxes.
~ we have been spoilt by natural resources. Natural resources should be springboard but their conversion is what creates wealth. Wealth converted should pay tax.
~ if we want to borrow less then we must either pay our taxes or make due with lack of infrastructure. We have sever deficit of infrastructure. Income from our natural resources are low relative to our population and our needs. There is little or nothing left to provide infrastructure for long-term development.

Read what you've said. We have been paying indirect tax, so we can't ask for the ONLY purpose why government exists. Please.
So the natural resource that they've been mismanaging, they'll do better job of accountability if the money is from tax and not oil? Please.
