![]() “If we have a law that addresses issue of sexual harassment, why are we wasting time talking about another law. Are we also going to formulate separate laws to address problem of corruption in the universities, to address sexual harassment in the police, in the National Assembly?” he queried. We have reactive and wasteful legislators, like he opined are they no laws in the land already to tackle sexual harassment? All they like to do is summon and summon, take sitting allowances and enlarge their pockets

![]() "An unfounded information has been making the rounds that President Muhammadu Buhari is billed to travel to the United Kingdom for 20 days, and from there proceed to Saudi Arabia, and then Austria. Fake. It is nothing but falsehood from mischievous minds." He is renowned worldwide for his junketing so it is not a big deal

The outcry about this Amotekun really showed that Nigeria is not operating true Federalism... Hisbah is operating in the Northern Region unhindered but when other regions make move to secure lives and properties in their region due to 'actions of foreigners'. A particular region and naysayers are suddenly against it. We will understand things clearer as time progresses.

![]() "He said, “You can be doing your report but the money in question belongs to a VIP in the ruling party, what are you going to do to him? “Let me tell you, the arrest was a mistake, the Customs has been contacted and the matter is being resolved amicably. Let me also tell you that he is saying his money is $9million; so there are issues, but it is being resolved. The press conference was not necessary, all the stakeholders are part of the government and people are not supposed to rock the boat.” Things are going on in this kwantry in this administration....

He carved a niche for himself, it is a difficult world where everyone get criticized. So it more difficult to be a non-conformer but he did good for himself, though it seems the good ol' days are slowly fading away. The world needs non-conformer and "weirdos" else this will be one big boring prison!

Lostz:so many quack journalists in Nigeria, world over people will always fault the position of the press, the position of government even private opinion get opposed. In this report the journalist said "ABUAD took this trend to another level by promoting several lecturers who have no PhD degrees or any substantial academic publications to the professorial office. I will do a comprehensive report of the list of professors in private universities in Nigeria without a PhD degree, including vice chancellors (e.g. ABUAD) who without a PhD degree have been awarded professorial cadres." But he did not list any other professor from ABUAD or any other institution, he also stressed that the lady in question is now a commissioner. so is the write up on the dichotomy in professorial appointment in Nigeria institution or the woman in question. This report is screaming with all the element of Ad hominem. Though his point that many political appointees are shady is valid, but that from the onset was not the discourse of this article. |
