According to a report shared by an online user,the lady pictured below who is said to be the 3rd wife of her husband allegedly killed 4 members of her family including her husband because she wants her children to inherit all the lands belonging to the family.The incident happened in Nsude,Ugwuoto(google search shows that the place is in Enugu).Below is what a social media user wrote...

The elderly man in the picture has partially closed down a part of the Elekahia major road leading to the Yakubu Gowon Stadium, Port Harcourt and Rumuomasi Community. He is protesting the vandalization of his plastic chair and the bench used by his daughter inlaw who sells bole in the front of his house by the Rivers State Ministry of Urban Development.

It is high time the Rivers State Ministry of Urban Development started thinking of how to create cities out of Port Harcourt than going after electorate who eke out a living through petty trading.

A 20 year old undergraduate cadet of the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, Cdt Saviour Enoch, was shot dead by suspected cultists on Saturday 8th July, at about 8pm along Gwegwe/Navy Road at Ovom, Yenagoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

The deceased whose name is Saviour, aged 20, was admitted into the NDA two years ago.Saviour is a resident of the Ovom area, and was on a holiday in Yenagoa from the NDA when the incident occurred.

The deceased was said to be on the street, having a chat with his visiting friend and Naval Rating with the Central Naval Command when they heard screams from a victim whose bag was snatched by suspected cultists.Saviour responded to the cry of help and went after the suspects.

It was gathered that unknown to him (Saviour), other members of the cult group had hidden somewhere to ward off any rescue attempt and he was shot at a close range.

It was further learnt that immediately they shot him, they all (cultists) disappeared in pandemonium created by the gruesome murder.

A spokesman for the Bayelsa State Police Command, Asinim Butswat, confirmed the incident, saying that the police through the community policing initiative had arrested no fewer than 20 persons in connection with the killing.

“The community has condemned that act in totality and they have come out en masse to show their support for the police in order to arrest the suspects. We have arrested some persons during a routine operation that was carried out after Saviour was shot.

“About 20 persons have been arrested. I know that they have screened some of them. I do not know how many of them are linked directly to the killing. However, the community has volunteered useful information concerning the actual suspects who have been identified.”

Everton can confirm that Wayne Rooney has rejoined the Club from Manchester United on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

England’s all-time leading goalscorer, the 31-year-old boyhood Blue made 77 appearances for Everton and scored 17 goals between 2002 - when he made his Premier League debut as a 16-year-old - and 2004 when he departed for Old Trafford.

“Wayne has shown me that ambition that we need and that winning mentality – he knows how to win titles and I’m really happy he’s decided to come home,” said Everton manager Ronald Koeman.

(Mrs Idris) of the local government yesterday arranged and supervised how the the baby and her mother would be given adequate and necessary care.

HRM Oba Adeyemi Adediran ordained as a Pastor 13 years after his coronation.

The Acts of Apostles Int. Church Akure in conjunction with Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Esa-Oke Chapter today ordained HRM (OBA) Adeyemi Akanbi Adediran as a Pastor.

According to the Oba, God first appeared to him in a dream that he would be ordained a Pastor. While still pondering on this, the general overseer of The Acts of Apostles Int. Church Akure, Apostle/Prophet (Dr.) Z.B. Adeboriota also revealed, without being told, that Kabiyesi has a call on his head.

As a confirmation, Apostle Paul Adenuga  revealed by Word of Knowledge, when he visited Kabiyesi in his palace in Esa-Oke in April 2017, that Kabiyesi has a call on his head as a Pastor. He said this in the presence of all CAN ministers in Esa-Oke.

50 OSUN GOVT MEDICAL STUDENTS IN UKRAINE ARE NOW MEDICAL DOCTORS !

A journey of about 8 years successfully came to an end yesterday for 50 of ‘stranded ‘UNIOSUN medical students who had their medical studies stagnated for over two years as a result of non-availability of a teaching hospital for the Osun State University.They became medical doctors after a successful medical studies at the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine.

Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola in 2013 decided to place all those due for clinical courses, that is, all 300 to 500 level medical students about 85 in number on full scholarship to complete their medical studies at the prestigious V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine after effort to famed them out to other Universities failed .

One of the beneficiaries of the Osun Government full sponsorship, Miss Latifat Abiola OYELEYE made African proud as she was announced as the overall best medical student of Karazin Kharkiv National University as well as the 2017 overall best student in the entire Ukraine with an outstanding score of 95.6% n KROK 2 Exams.The remaining 32 UNIOSUN Osun Government sponsored medical students will graduate next year .

A unique factor of the scholarship for these medical students was that it was not restricted to indigenes of Osun alone but all those due for the clinical studies then . The beneficiaries included students from other states of the federation, including Anambra, Oyo, Kogi, Edo, Lagos, Ogun,Delta, Ekiti and Ondo.
