Edo state Governor Obaski yesterday launched rebranded EDSTMA.Below are some of the things he said while launching it..

"This re-branded EDSTMA is made up of trained men and women who are more civil, operate within the ambit of the law and citizens are to relate with them as such'.

He also assured that Edo people will not be exploited by officials of the traffic control agency as “there is a Public Complaints Unit that will attend to all the complaints from road users.”

Two days before the just concluded TheLords Chosen Ondo State State Crusade (MY STORY MUST CHANGE), some unknown persons broke into the State Pastor's office to cart away the money kept there for the running of the programme but God of Chosen blindfolded them and they were unable to see the money that was so glary to any body that enters the office.

Now, on Monday night after the crusade, they came boldly again because they believed pledge was made in the programme, but this time around, God was not ready to show them mercy again since they didn't learn their lessons in their previous attempt.As the workers and leaders gathered for their usual vigil, while prayers were going on, the state lastor came out of his office but it was unusual of him. Immediately, He Sang a song which goes thus;

"Covenant keeping God,
There is no one like You.
Alpha and Omega,
There is no one like you."

He made reference to the just concluded crusade - (MY STORY MUST CHANGE) AND PROCLAIMED THAT OUR STORY HAS INDEED CHANGED. Shortly after that statement,some armed men came to attack the church with their weapons and as they surrounded the church compound, 3 of them quickly entered inside the church. On seeing them, all the brethren declared themselves Chosen (I Am A Chosen - 3 Times, just according to the instruction of the General Pastor - that they should declare themselves Chosen, that they shall see the glory of God in action.

All of a sudden, they became powerless and they took to their heels, while running, one of them fell into the gutter and was apprehended by some of The Chosen Mopol Brethren. He was later handed over to the police at B Division, Oke Aro. The name of the police head that the case was handed over to is ASP ENEBELEM.

Something unexpected took place in the Vatican's Clementine Hall on Sunday.

As Pope Francis met with participants in a meeting of the International Catholic Legislators Network, it seems this young man fell to one knee and proposed to his girlfriend, offering her a diamond engagement ring.

From the look on the Pope's face, the lady's smile, and the fact that the ring ends up on her finger, we think she said yes!

Congratulations to this newly-engaged couple!

Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu joined his colleagues at the South-South and South-East Governors Forum held at the Rivers State Government House in Port Harcourt over the weekend.

  In attendance  were Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike of Rivers State, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State, Governor Rochas Okorocha  of Imo State, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State and Governor of Akwa Ibom state Udom Emmanuel.

  Others are: Acting  Governor of Bayelsa State, Rear Admiral  Gboribiogha John Jonah , Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Dr Nkem Okeke, Edo State Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu and Cross River State , Prof. Ivara Esu.

The details of the meeting are still sketchy but it is likely that they will discuss the issue of increasing unrest in the region due to IPOB.

RRS BUSTS FRAUD SYNDICATES

The operatives of Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested four members of two fraud syndicates operating in Ikeja, Maryland, Ojodu-Berger, Agege and Oshodi parts of the metropolis.

The members of the syndicates, three male and a female were arrested in two separate cases of fraud on Thursday and Saturday in Ikeja and Oshodi.

The first group, comprising of Chinasa Sunday, 44 and Osadebe Aigbe 30, were arrested in Ikeja after several days of being under the surveillance of RRS Undercover team for defrauding a lady of the sum of N85,000.00.

Their victim, Grace Enitan, had reported at the RRS Headquarters that a syndicate of four men picked her up in a taxi and duped her of N85,000.00 while she was heading to Ikeja.

Investigations revealed that Chinasa Sunday and Osadebe Aigbe were involved in the scam while their ring-leader, identified as Martin is on the run.

The victim In their confessional statement  to the Decoy team of  RRS headquarters after their arrest identified the two suspects and their respective roles in the scam.

Chinasa while pleading for leniency explained that he joined the syndicate after losing his job in February, 2017. He explained that they picked up the suspect in Olowopopo Way, Ikeja, adding that her role was to monitor their victims while the scam lasted.

The second syndicate members were arrested yesterday after a failed bid to swindle a food seller of over N120,000 and dispossess her of her jewelry in Oshodi.

The victim, identified as Rukayat Aderinwale was accosted and hypnotised by a syndicate of five members before dispossessing her of a purse containing N120,000.00 and her mobile phone.

They were leading her away to another location when the lady regained her consciousness and called out to RRS officers stationed nearby.

The officer arrested one Sunday Atanda, 56, living in 13, Pero Street, Agege and a 58 year old Fausat Tijani, a pure water seller in Akala, Mushin, while three other members of the syndicate escaped.

In his confession to the police, Atanda gave the names of other syndicate members as Kayode, Shina and Lateef. He added that the syndicate only operated on the road.

He stressed that what they wanted to achieve was to dispossess the mother of three of her money, phone and jewel. He maintained that he joined the team to raise money to feed his family.

He disclosed that the team operated in Agege and Oshodi, adding that Lateef is their ring-leader and he dictated when and where the syndicate would operate every day.

Confirming the development, Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole said that the command is reinvigorated to make Lagos inhabitable for criminals.

He added that investigation is on-going to arrest other syndicate members.

TRANSFORMATION OF A TRANSVESTITE!

Born a man, Antonio Caceres lived his entire adult life as a woman. His clothing was female. His mannerisms were female. His style of speech was female. The only connection to ‘males’ he had were the clients who paid for his nocturnal services as a professional prostitute on the streets of Lambare, Paraguay. Here is the incredible story, told in his own words, of his transformation back to the original position in which God created him:

Antonio was just seven years old when he first realised a growing affection for the males in his classroom. He tried to shelve the nauseating urge by playing sports and engaging in predominantly ‘masculine’ activities. But the young boy soon began stealing his sister’s underwear and wearing it at whim, buoyed by a strange form of guilty pleasure. His first full-blown homosexual encounter came at the tender age of 11. It was downhill from there.

“When I was 18, I went onto the streets,” the Paraguayan explained. It was the beginning of ten years in which Antonio would change his name, identity and - almost - his gender. Dressed in seductively tight female clothing, pumped with feminine hormones to remove body hair and develop breasts, cars with male occupants would stop to pick him up every night. Drug-fuelled, drunken orgies became the norm, to the shady extent that Antonio could not even remember who he had been with the previous night or what he had done.

“Something within me kept telling me I was a lady,” he explained, adding that he went by the female pseudonym ‘Dexis’ when attracting suitors online. And Antonio was not just prostituting in the physical alone. “Different men would call me by my female name in my dream and sleep with me,” he revealed. This was a ‘normal’ life for Antonio, one which he saw nothing wrong with. He was a notorious transvestite and drug addict, known not just in his neighbourhood but throughout the country.

Thus, when his sister invited him to attend a Christian crusade with Prophet T.B. Joshua, he not only refused but mocked her for even nursing such a notion. “I thought everything about that crusade was fake and false,” he admitted. On Friday 11th August 2017, Antonio lazily switched on the live broadcast of the crusade on YouTube to see the ‘freak-show’ his sister had strangely chosen to attend. Unbeknown to him, she was feverishly clutching a picture of her brother, praying for the Spirit of God to touch him right in their house that night.

“I was watching just to make jest of the whole programme,” Antonio explained. He snidely laughed as people fell at the prayer of the ‘prophet’. What nonsense! But then, something inexplicable began to happen. Something supernatural. Something Antonio never imagined or bargained for. “As Pastor Joshua began to pray, something touched my inner being,” he recounted.

Right in his house, in front of his phone where the live broadcast was transmitting via YouTube’s Emmanuel TV channel, Antonio fell on the ground and began to vomit. Simultaneously, his sister was holding his picture as Prophet T.B. Joshua began ministering Mass Prayer, pleading with God for Divine intervention. Heaven was at work and distance was no barrier! For more than five minutes, the young Paraguayan lay shaking uncontrollably on the floor. “Something was coming out of me. When I got up, I felt empty. I then started feeling remorse for the life I was living.”

In one Divine instant, everything changed for Antonio. Literally everything! It was if a dark veil had been lifted from his eyes. “I began looking at myself and asking why I was wearing female clothes,” he recalled. “I lost affection for men and stopped taking the female hormones. Now, I want to be a man again!” Antonio spontaneously threw his phone away - filled with all the contacts and connections to his past life - and took a hair cut to remove the long flowing blonde locks he was once known for. “After the deliverance, I actually slept in peace

The the kidnappers pictured below came to kidnap a man named Friday in his father's compound in Kogi state.One of them escaped while two were nabbed and beaten to pulp.

They confessed that they shot one of the pump attendants last year and also kidnapped one Ezekiel this year.They stole six million five hundred thousand naira this year and also came back to collect another seven million naira again but thank God they were not lucky this time again.

Former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo has visited the scene of the deadly mudslide which claimed hundreds of lives in Freetown on Monday 14 August. President Obasanjo is in the country to show solidarity with the Government and people of Sierra Leone and sympathize with the victims of the tragedy.

He also visited the Connaught Hospital to sympathize with victims of the flooding.He was joined on the tour by his host President Ernest Bai Koroma and Tony Elumelu, Chairman of United Bank for Africa and Founder Tony Elumelu Foundation
