Algerian gouvernments have shown historically that they doesn't care about the opignion of the big fishes of the world for our international and national policy , so there is no.country that can tell algeria what to do or not especially for its relation with its closest ally Russia . so if needed , yes im sur they will sign new contract with russia .

Even as for this bmpt Terminator contract , it was signed in 2016 . so trumpy can do nothing .

How do you pay Russia was the question?. Are you going to pay in commodities?. Russia has oil and gas, so what commodities are you going to use? Very few banks can get involved in any processing payments to Russia.

When OBJ got to work we saw results we could hold on to within 3 years. We saw the ICT revolution which lifted millions out of poverty almost immediately. Your own getting to work is causing increased unemployment, hunger and insecurity as we can see from latest figures released like the NBS statistics.

It is your low standard of education that is making you think this way. OBJ did not do jack for GSM.
Nigeria was already getting GSM from Abacha era.
GSM came from global corporate market entry strategies by ECONET, MTN and so on. They visit ignorant people that you worship called politicians convince them with brochures and get support. That's how a company's market entry starts,

Even if a monkey was in Aso Rock, GSM would have come.

IGNORANCE !!!
To say that OBJ brought improvement in IT penetration. The most clueless statement OBJ ever made in his life was on the importance of IT. The guy had no clue. He said he had no interest in the internet and the only downloading he was interested in was downloading "into people's stomachs". It was widely reported in the papers.
Maybe your education groomed you to worship politicians and praise them for the technical vision, inventiveness and entrepreneurship of others but that is an inferior state of existence.

You need to stop these immature lies about the PDP being a party of smart, competent but corrupt people. They are corrupt alright but they are not smart. They did nothing in government for 16 years. The Western countries who were supporting them turned against them. They killed their own party members. And finally they lost the last elections.

As we speak now that party has no intellectual arm.
Their manifesto is 50% of APC's in different wordings and the stupid idea about selling NNPC.
If they want to criticise the APC govt today it would be FFK, Fayose, Bruce or Reno tweeting or saying things that a low IQ secondary school student would be ashamed to say.

The party can't even make up its mind about Jubril Al Sudaini....but they still listened to his budget speech and booed him as Muhammadu Buhari anyway.
Stupid party.
The Nigerians with real brains are looking at ACPN, YPP and others for quality opposition

This your argument shows you are been dull and unintelligent. If we should accept that the hardship of today is because of the pdp' s 16 years in power,Can we not also say that the problem in pdp's 16 years was caused by the 39 years of military rule or interruptions?
A leader doesn't give excuses, he gets to work immediately ala Obasanjo.

A leader gets to work immediately but it takes 4 years to build a factory or a major expressway, six years to improve the educational standard of a generation.

It is defective thinking, mercantilist, cash and carry approach to life that thinks getting to work is the same as getting magical results. Look at Lagos Ibadan railway, look at Niger bridge, look at Mambila plateau. Furious work going on.

You are even talking about military. The military gave Nigeria Abuja, Ajaokuta, Aladja steel, Petrochemical plant, Refineries. Gowon built the largest network of expressways in Africa in the 70s. What did these degenerate, inferior and unintelligent PDP people do in 16 years.
They tried to sell everything and even that they did stupidly.

PDP is exactly what the black mans failure looks like. Please marry your Saraki, Dino and Atiku. You deserve them.
This country will not go back to trash.

You're just too dull.

The figures on unemployment are from the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics.

I quoted Ventures Africa, the US government and DMO.

Read, comprehend and then respond.

What do you understand by unemployment?. Do you know what is called bullwhip effect. Poor economic policies this year will show it's effect in 3 to 7 years time.
For poverty, its even more insiduous. We are already paying for 16 years of PDP in the high poverty rate now and funds outflows out of Nigeria.

Your problem is mental timidity, lack of exposure and tribal sentiment. Anybody who blames the poverty and unemployment now on a 3.5 year government instead of 16 years is a coward and an idiot.
GEJ and OBJ are not more intelligent than you. You have just refused to use your mind.

You stay in a fucking desk bound job cheerleading idiot leaders without vision or passion. All PDP did was loot your generation and the best of Nigeria is already abroad. When OBJ blasts GEJ you are sad, when he floods and supports PDP you are happy.
Buhari is the whip that will cure all your issues.

Some people don't know what a Nigerian is.
They think it is the 25% mega-city dwelling middle class with two cars, working in a bank and kids in nursery school with wives travelling to Dubai. These guys are taking a hit now and they are angry.
There is a silent majority of Nigerians whose lives are being rebuilt after years of neglect. A trader denied access to credit that a billionaire negotiates in a golf club.

Are you guys really this delusional?

Goodluck Jonathan put food on the table, that's a fact.

50kg bag of rice was 8,000 naira, fuel was 87 naira, Nigeria did not have 22 million jobless people.

Buhari is an unequivocal failure. All aspects of national life has crumbled.

50kg bag of IMPORTED rice subsidized by fake high oil prices was NOT food on the table. That was eating your children's future. You guys are a bunch of shallow rank amateurs. You think economics is kid stuff. They were looting your country and throwing you crumbs. "Bag of rice was 8000 Naira". They killed the entire rice population of rice farmers in Nigeria. 22million, that is the exact population of new rice farmers now.
Fxxking empty middle class Nigerians living in three major cities thinking they are the real Nigerians.
You people should prepare for a shocker. That China, the PDP VP was alluding to, you will learn that 15 years ago an 18 year old Chinese worker at an Addidas factory had a monthly wage not up to the price of one Addidas shoe.
There is no gain without pain. Nigeria is growing up.

It's amazing g the number of Nigerian educated young people buying into PDP's sham because they don't know better. Why don't you go work abroad for a whilr and see life.

PDP legacy - Agric - ZERO
Steel - ZERO
Infrastructure - ZERO
Education - ZERO
Security - ZERO

They kept 20 million idiots in mega cities of Lagos, PHC, Abuja who call themselves middle class happy with imported rice, petrol and generators. Idiots thought they were going placed and living life.

He put zero food on the table and there was ZERO security. There were kidnappings everyday. His own relatives and ministers relatives were kidnapped many times. Why are memories so short? Buhari should have himself to check and blame for the national shame recorded at NASS today.

No president has been booed during budget presentation since May 1999. This is a clear sign that he's presiding over a failed and divided nation.

With what happened @ NASS today, I doubt if Nigeria will not go into an unending crisis, should he and his party decide to rig the election next year.

2019 is definitely a year not to be in Nigeria, and I really envy those who were wise enough to have obtained their visa much earlier. Who wants to continue enduring Buhari-induced hardship and hunger?

The ONLY WAY for Nigeria to experience her much deserved rest, peace and prosperity, is to send this idiot of a President back to Daura or Sudan or wherever he comes from, by May 2019. Otherwise, many nairaland zombies wouldn't even be able to afford data from May 2019.

Please take this fact seriously. PDP era, politicians were taking bank loans to do elections. Try this now, they will lock bank officials up ..up to executive director.

Ya. Mbombe does have a cage and standoff armour built into the design that is flush with the hull.
Looking at the pictures, I actually suspect the passenger compartment may have been more recessed and designed to be more deflective of even tandem, shaped charge RPG rounds than the competition although I have no evidence to support this.

Foreign customers currently have an order for 20 units.

The Ara 2 (meaning Thunder) is a 4x4 Armoured Personnel Carrier, with thirty presently being produced for the Nigerian Army. Foreign countries have requested for another twenty, according to Raymond Asare-Sintim, Business Development Executive at Proforce.

BlackBaron:

Lies. Su-25 are not worth $80 million or so anywhere.
It's also on record how Iraq bought 6 Su25s on emergency from Russia. They Arrived so quickly, they had no pilots to fly them. (Warisboring and other blogs are there for reference) Consequently they also lost more than 3 Su25s within the first 6 months of delivery.

Now while it may have been a strategic supply from Russia trying to gain clout in Iraq against perceived American slow pace of aircraft deliveries, they received this aircraft in less than 6 months.

Greed and corruption is why the Israeli deal failed. (this was discussed extensively on Beegs blog then) It's therefore not impossible but we've more or less put all eggs in a basket that should we buy Su25s, we'll have no one to fly them cos we've mostly trained on certain types of jets. At this stage, Alpha jets or F7s may just be our best bet if needing immediate air support. But we need to do better in assessing future threats lest its all inappropriate fits again in the future.

Nigeria still using alpha jet trainer. They should try and get better CAS planes such as the old a10 thunderbolt and su25 instead of using trainers.

Thunderbolt yes but US won't sell. The upgraded and refurbished ones are also very expensive.

Refurbished Alpha night vision NVG jets are better for Nigeria. Just $5m per piece, another $50,000 to arm and pilots are just waiting.
For the SU 25, it is very irritating the way some people go on about this armoured, heavily armed, ground attack plane as if it is just available for pick up in a show room.
Everything looks possible and easy when you are commenting on social media.
There are no more SU 25s avail able except Russian, Czech and Ukraine stocks...maybe Libyan stocks too (LOL).
To get those few planes, extend their lives, upgrade them, arm them, train pilots et.c will cost $80m each and we will get them in 2022. It is absolute rubbish for Nigeria to be trying to buy SU 25 . The deal won't even work. The last one was through Israeli firm ELBIT, they charged about $50m per plane. I am sure, all the engineers who were participating in this upgrade offerings have been disbanded and moved to other more exciting projects.

Yak 131 is a much better alternative but even then we must remember that Russian is under partial sanctions. We may not be able to pay for the plane in foreign currency as all transfers for defence purposes through international banks are under watch. We could pay with crude oil but Russia has more oil than Naija.

This plan will require about N100bn annually in dredging and construction of barge/lighter jetties and ferry terminals for the next three years but it can triple Lagos State GDP.
50% of trailers and toppers will disappear from the roads. You could even link lighter/barge terminals to rail stations.

Everybody's brains in Nigeria is stir-fried and the embrace of LIES is unbelievable. Nigerians are the most hardworking peop,e in the world. What was lacking was "financial inclusion". All credit facilities were going to the richest 1% of Nigerians. Their average age was 55 years.
How can Nigeria lose with credit going to young traders and farmers with average age of 30?
