Northern votes are not shared. Atiku will do worse than even GEJ did in most northern states. Governors own the states. INEC owns the election. Nigeria Army owns the logistics. Nigeria Police owns the security.

The first shocker from the SS would be that only about 49% of registered voters actually vote.
PDP is a shameless rigging party that have been writing up fake results and heavily bribing INEC officials.
The story I heard was about direct cash disbursements and hotel lodging/entertainment provision for INEC staff who only processed a few hundred voters at the polling booths and wrote up whatever PDP gave them.

The second shocker is that they don't always vote PDP and with two Fulani guys on the ballot (no GEJ) many will truly understand their ideological orientation. Is it pro-masees (APC) or pro-corrupt rich (PDP)?.
