the legal implications is that he need at least 25% votes in FCT and he has already failed on that

Why are Nigerian young people so ignorant. Pls let me ask you. Apart from being wrong, if you actually saw it in the constitution that you must win 25% in Abja FCT to win you win protest
You guys are lacking in badic understanding of constitution and your own rights.
Pls be educated. It is at least 25% of votes cast in 2/3 of the States.

That does not give Buhari the lead in Abia! He needs to get enough of 25% in the e whole of SE! He is not getting it...Anambta enugu ebonyi gone...he may get 25% in abia cos of Kalu..that's it.....the whole of SS is gone...am in PH nothing for him here! Amaechi is busy intimidating the inec official to inflate the fish..which will not work..but the facts is that atiku has won already from results collated and called out from PUs....so any result short from what was announced at each polling units cos they have summed all the results and seen their spread.....

Let's watch what inec will do..I trust the inec chief with be very transparent and focused.... The results are there.

In Rivers State, I think you will find that APC has taken most of the riverine areas and Ogoni. I dont have figures to prove but you just wait. PDP supporters should forget GEJ era. There is no more inflating of figures. The turnout in SS and SE were very disappointing and top of that, probably tens of thousands of votes will be voided due to irregularities. Both parties have the spread. What Atiku lacks is the numbers. The North rejected him and all other regions have been shared. More disastrously for PDP the NC and parts of SS have been shared.

Buhari failed to get the constitutional 25% votes required to become a winner in at least 2/3 of Nigerian states.

He failed to secure 25% in the FTC.

He failed in Southeast, Southsouth, Ondo, Taraba, etc, but Atiku is getting 25% votes in all the 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria, so Atiku is constitutionally the winner except Buhari and APC rigs the election through this last minute delays to pronounce result which never happened in 2015, its clear signs Buhari is desperate to rig the election.

Winning Northeast and Northwest only with 1 billion votes can never make you the President of Nigeria according to our constitution, you are contesting for Nigeria's President and not Northeast and Northwest Senatorial position.

At least two-third of all Nigerian regions must accept you before you can be declared President of Nigeria, that is why Atiku is sure to win

Are you kidding?. He has made more than 25% in more than 24 states already. Is it English that is your problem or maths. Someone is sharing NC and FCT, winning in NW and SW. Scoring more than 30% in Edo, more than 25% in Delta and maybe Akwa Ibom.
What I notice is most PDP supporters are not exposed. All Ngerians knows about "25% of votes cast in each of the states". Votes cast. It's one of the reasons we have the number of states we have now.

So far Atiku's camp should be happier. The only stat were they seem to be doing worse than expected are Kwara and Adamawa People need to remember that Atiku's path to Aso Rock does not go via the NW. He can loose the entire NW and SW and still make it as long as he wins the NC, SE, and SS and shares the NE with Buhari. Now however it's looking he may actually split the SW with Buhari by winning Oyo, Ondo and Osun. If he does that he can affrod to loose Kwara and Adamawa and still be ok.

Atiku is losing Adamawa, Osun...even Oyo. Not sure of Ondo yet but Mimiko is on board with Buhari.

Atiku is not the northern candidate. That's the difference. They have "owned" him in the East. You cannot project 70% for Atiku in the East and also expect 50% for him in the North. Also, only Buhari owns 28 governors who have struck agreements more than a year ago to retain their offices.

Atiku is from north east.. he's winning taraba, Adamawa, Bauchi and Gombe in north East.

He'll do well in Kano, Kaduna, Sokoto, jigawa, zamfara and Katsina in north West.

Unlike atiku, buhari is hated in south south with no hope of securing any votes

Atiku has never won NE. In NW, it's 70:30 Buhari. Buhari has Akwa Ibom, Delta, 1/3 of Anambra, 1/2 of Rivers and C.Rivers.
Atiku followers are talking about shock. Yes there will be shock in what PDP has being regarding as their backyard.

In most of the North, governors rule. APC has 22 governors but Buhari is cooperating with 28 governors across parties.

As shared by Bello.....

'THE NIGERIAN ARMY ABANDONS ARMY CAPTAIN ATTACKED BY ARMED BANDITS WITH GRENADE IN ZAMFARA. BATTLES FOR LIFE IN PRIVATE HOSPITAL IN ABUJA

A Captain in the Nigerian Army has been abandoned by the Army and left to die after being attacked with a Grenade by Armed Bandits in Zamfara on the 29th December 2018.

The captain who served in various parts of Borno state including Chibok, when Boko Haram was at it's peak, fought many battles some side by side with the Late Col.Abu Ali, engaged Boko Haram terrorists for 6 whole years, after which the Army posted him to Zamfara(giving him no rest whatsoever ever in 7years from the battle field) when the issue of Armed Bandits started getting out of hand.

On the 29th December 2018, while out on a clearance operation in the forests of Zurmi Local Government of Zamfara state, the officers and soldiers were attacked in ambush by Armed Bandits, many soldiers lost their lives..The Grenade that the Armed Bandits threw at the officers shattered the Captains legs, and several particules of the explosive entered and spread into several parts of his body. This on it's own, is also some sort of poisoning to his body.

The soldiers were immediately taken to FMC Gusau, few days after,Governor Yari and the Zamfara state Government officials visited him in FMC Gusau and offered to pay
his medical bills and so he was transferred to a private hospital in Abuja..

We deeply and sincerely want to thank the Zamfara State Governor and the Zamfara State Government for coming in when the Army proved inefficient and neglective. But is it the Zamfara State Government's duty to take care of Military personnel injured in battle?

The Young Captain has undergone over 10 surgeries with very little progress.
The injured officer has asked several times that his legs be amputated because of severe and unbearable pains..

We are left to wonder why the Defence Headquarters hasn't even sent a single representative to check on him,up till the time i write this, neither has any attempt been made to pay his bills or even fly him abroad for proper treatment by the Nigerian Army. We know very well this is something the Army can afford comfortably and effortlessly.

He needs urgent help, We call on the leadership of the Army to intervene at this point. After 2 months in the hospital and having undergone several surgeries, his legs are rottening, his entire body is depreciating, he is dying slowly, why will the Army turns a blind eye?
How can this be done to an officer who left everything he loved, his comfort, his family to serve his country? How does this motivate anyone to join the Nigerian Military?

What is the officer's crime other than he fought terrorists so that we live? He stood in between us and the terrorists, He got this injury trying to protect us all. This is a man who will take a bullet for any of us. Is this how the Government and Army should pay him back? are they not aware,he has parents, siblings, relatives, friends, family and loved ones too? Don't they know,we feel pain too?

If our military officers are treated this way by the Army, upon getting injury from battle, how do we ever win the war against terrorism in this country?

He spent 10years serving in the Army and 7years in operation theatre,he should at least be appreciated by getting the best medical attention the Army can afford.

General Buratai I hope this gets to you and the President. Let Your conscience guide you to do the right thing for this young, brave, gallant officer.

Do not let his sacrifice for this country amount to nothing, he doesn't deserve this cruel treatment from the Army Leadership.

Finally,I make this passionate appeal to everyone who reads this, help us get this to Buratai by sharing and to the Commander in chief, let them intervene please'

Source: http://www.trezzyhelm.com/2019/02/army-abandon-gallant-soldier-fighting.html

I believe you are an educated young Nigerian. Why are you guys like This?. In what way has this guy been ABANDONED?
You said in the main body of the story that the man has undergone ten surgeries. How is that abandonment?.
The pictures of him on the bed connected to some modern bone setting and breathing apparatus. Doctors know better whether his legs should be amputated or not or whether the legs are rotten. I doubt that is the case. He is obviously on antibiotics and i am sure the exposed flesh was snapped during wound dressing.

Let us get our minds off two things in this country: sentiments (which is emotional weakness) and sensationalism (which is sign of poor exposure).

The people who will be dislocated by this will be Atiku suporters themselves. They are mostly middle class, educated within Nigeria to university level and actually very ignorant about life.

Buhari supporters are mostly semi urban, urban poor and rural. They will survive. Floating the Naira will make all our assets cheap for foreign investors to pick up. Refineries will be sold for 1/10 of the their value.
Inflation will soar and I hope it wipes out the value of the Naira completely so the idiots who want their lives destroyed by this corrupt agent of foreign interests will experience what it means to almost watch your kids starve to death.

All these anti christ-like sound bites like "enrich my friends", "sell NNPC" and now "i will risk inflation" are being done deliberately. I am quite surprised by your statement that business have stopped generating jobs... Where is that? In a developed climes or developing nation like Nigeria?
come off it mhen. No doubt Artificial intelligence is the way for the future, even in developed nations like China you cited, businesses are still employing drones of people. Even the banking sector which is the sole driver of Nigeria economy has not done away with human workforce and there you are talking about starter ups. Stop this foolery man.

PMB / Osinbajo are scammers. Instead of concentrating on MSME which is the backbone of any economy they are dishing out money to jobless people whoae services are not needed in these schools. I repeat its not government duty to provide jobs but create enabling environment.

My friend, the largest project coming to Nigeria is Dangote refinery and petrochemicals. How many jobs do you reckon?. Less than 20,000 even with the value chain and contractors. High skill areas font drive jobs. Shell, Total, ENI are now less than 10,000 workers.

MSMEs are exactly what PMB Osinbajo are helping. TraderMoni is recent but we eventually create an army of self employed traders. Nigerians are producing too much kids for traditional businesses to impact.
Education, technical trades (self employed) and service businesses are the way out.

It will go the same way this time. But this time around the margin in delta won't be that much. While the margin for kastina will be really high.

The moment I saw the breakdown it became clear to me that there is no way under the sun for PDP to win. Even if they sweep the entire south east with 100% just two states from the north for APC can cover that margin.
They have put up a good fight but reality can't be argued with.

People say this election is between two northern but the truth is atiku didn't follow the campaign as a northerner and as such his following is mainly from the south east and south south. He is only hanging on to the popularity of people like kwankwaso, saraki etc for his northern votes. So I will say this race like the last one is between a northerner and a southerner

Atiku is owned by the SE. This was the big mistake. He should have told S.Easterners to tone it down. Even Adamawa is shaky for him for many reasons.
