Thanks a lot @stevemims, I was only asking to be very sure of what am doing @justwise, cause my agent told me that it is possible, and moreover I've been to the U.S embassy 4 times last year and the keep denying me the F-1 student visa without a reason all my documents are not forged and can be verified but still yet they refused me, so its not like I don't want to go to the embassy cause I have been there befor....so when my agent came up with this idea, I just wanted to be sure, cause at first I was happy, then later I asked him. "How is it possible to apply for a visa when u are not even in your own country"?, then he said " so long as my I-20, admission packet and sevis fee is valid, it can be possible" so I quickly signed up here on narialand yesterday and asked this questions in diffrent forums so that I will know what am getting into....

Bro you've done a great thing coming on here. Agents? They are the definition of tricky and heartless human beings,they are just after your cash. Dont make a mistake you will forever regret,if you wana go to cuba go,if you wana got to mexico go,but trying to get a student visa from a neaighbouring US country with a tourist visa that might be impossible. I dont know much,just keep posting your questions for in-depth analysis and advice.

go there ,you can get a student visa there at the border ,most likely even a shengen visa . Just tell the usa immigration u are a nigerian with a cuban tourist visa,they will issue u canadian student visa also.

Now,thats wicked. Its funny,why the long thing when you can definetly apply from your home country.

Sincerely the weird things have read and heard about mexico makes me think the place is hell. Though i dont have friends nor family members there,but can the place be that bad? Messi has the body movement of Iniesta, the vision and pass accuracy of Xavi, and P.Scholes, the ball control of Dimiter Bebertov or even better, the finishing of Thierry Henry. How can a player have the highest assist at the same time the highest goal scorer. This
guy is something else. Even after he was moved from his central role deep into the midfield and outwide on the flanks, it never changed anything much he's still scoring goals, he's still assisting goals. I can't even tell what Messi's natural position is, because he fits into every position very well as though it is his natural position, jack of all trade master of all, he's versatile, a utility player. At first I didn't like Messi because I was jealous of him I wished my favourite player was like him but I have no choice, I have to admit it, even the blind can see it,
even his haters deep down in their heart know it, Messi is the ideal footballer.Messi is the best footballer yet.
