I decided to apply for diploma becus Masters admission takes a hell lots of time and most times they will not grant the admission.so I opted for PGD and I got the admission in 2weeks.when u do ur pgd u can finish and den do masters if u like....

Hi. Please I need advice. I want to study real property assessment and appraisal at seneca college but was advised against it. Reason being that the course does not attract easy employment in canada. Please is this true? I would like to know the course to study as MSc or PGD that would easily get me a job in canada after graduating.

Actually, i dont knw if the course is hot or not in canny but one thing you have to consider is that make sure your proposed MSC course is in line with your UG course. Am sure d gurus will shed more lite on this

In addition,check uni of saskatchewan,uni of alberta... They are relatively cheap too. But most importantly use the web given to you by the profs here

Sometimes its best you go down to the hospital and meet with the doctor to address this issue. Question them and request it shld be sent again. There could have been a mix up. Demand they show you proof they have sent it. I understand how you feel, the wait is just something else...

As regards SoA, Oga siga has said it. A person presenting a coy acct of his uncle say 450m should not find it diff to present a personal acct of the person with say 14m with necessary proof connecting the bearer to the accts. CAC, FIRs, Tax Clearance etc...

they ask questions like,have u been tested positive to hiv,are u a regular drinker of alcohol,have u tested positive to any std,do u have tatoos,are u a drug addict and many other minor questions
