QuotaSystem:My friend this is no grudge. The point I am trying to make is that the history of exclusion, the history of tribal politics is still there today, as we speak. You have no point as the Igbos and Yorubas win elections in London and elsewhere. The point I wanted to emphasize is that calling Lagos a no man's land is not the reason for the tribal marginalization and exclusion, but historical. You can read my comment again. |
aribisala0:."Since the finish of the conventional war, we have not been advancing as a country in light of the fact that amid the universal war for example, when the Biafrans were bound to their region, they had no alternative than to gadget a methods for survival, and they had the option to fabricate bombs, mines, refine oil-based commodities, and other innovative accomplishments. If we had acknowledged, when the war was finished, at this point we would have gone a long ways past where we are today; we would have been innovatively exceptional. We never achieved that since we are not joined together, we are immoral and egotistical. In the event that we had tapped the creativity of the Biafrans, those developments, and so forth, Nigeria would have been a long ways ahead than what we are today, however sadly, debasement came in on the grounds that everyone needed to profit for himself; that is the reason we are in this sorry state now. Through corruption, individuals are getting a lot of money that they don’t have the foggiest idea about the number of houses they have, and that is the reason we are as yet battling that we can’t deliver conventional toothpick in this nation; we can’t create tissue in this nation. Every one of these things is imported from various countries of the world. It is a major disgrace to be sure..." Abubakar Tsar Ex-Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, |
QuotaSystem:Did they call Lagos a no man's land in the 60's when Awolowo introduced ethnic tribalism? What difference was it then? Yorubas contest and win elections in UK and other places, an nobody told them to go back to their country to vote. Recently Igbo won elections in UK and Canada as well. Nobody asked them to go home. The thing is that most of you irrational people must find a thing to hang on an animal just to ensure it was hanged. |
QuotaSystem:What of Miyetti Allah, an Hausa/Fulani group that have gone more than insulting all Nigerians, by killing them in thousands and destroying their communities. Could you imagine what you would have done or say if Miyetti Allah was IPOB? Nigeria has massive problem because different people with distinct cultural values and aspirations are lumped together by force...Lugard didn't consult the people before the different groups were merged together in 1914. |
Governor is the best governor in SE at the moment. |
luvmijeje:Were the Igbos begging Abacha to kill all of you when you were fighting for June 12? Weren't some Igbo leaders part of those who fought for June 12? Who begs for Python dance most in Nigeria? You shout more than even the northerners. Even the Seun wants Igbos in Nigeria by every means possible. Nobody is begging you to give them Biafra as you are extremely incapable to do so. Just keep your mouth shut and mind your business, that's all..and nobody will talk about you. |
luvmijeje:With this massive diference...the Igbos wants Biafra and out of Nigeria..but you said NO...you will be jumping up and down..begging for PYTHON DANCE, so you must continue to live together with people with this huge difference. Please could you explain what this make of you? You are the extensively weak one here, as you want these people who have massive difference from you..and they don't want you... ![]() Don't bring up the flimsy excuse of them leaving your land, as the country is still one today and everyone has the right to reside anywhere, until later! |
etrouble:but after the sacrfice, you are have been since 50 years now in spite of federal government investing in your regions in the north and Sw...than other regions...See “So far, we have 455,857 poor and vulnerable households uploaded onto the National Social Register, from which 297,973 households have been mined and are being paid stipends in 20 States. “These States are Jigawa Bauchi, Kogi, Osun, Cross River, Anambra, Katsina, Kano, Taraba, Gombe, Adamawa, Niger, Nassarawa, Benue, Oyo, Ekiti, Kwara, Borno (IDP), Kaduna and Plateau. Mrayam Uwais (Special Adviser to the president on National Social Investment Programme) |
etrouble:You have been at it for 50 years now and both of your regions are the poorest, except Lagos...which is the former federal capital.

Nice work by Enugu state government. It will be great if the government can also tar all the roads in Network Estate Ibagwa Nike, in Enugu and build parameter fence as this Estate in Nsukka. Network estate is near Elim Estate red roof..and ICT university blue roof...in the second picture.
