Good post but thing is that we travel to these countries believeing everything will be easy, the best advise is if u know u want to work and live comfortably in any foreign country, STUDY WHAT THEY NEED, carry out a detailed research into what professional skills they lack in that country, Simple, I made the same mistake when i got here thinking Oh Business business, Truth of the matter is most companies in foreign countries prefer to employ their fellow countrymen, so best thing is study what they want there, earn some cash then study what u personally want in the future, nothing wrong in having 2degrees, |

when it comes to Immigration issues they will always point fingers at africans,, The UK government relies heavily on funds from International students so if they decrease the number of students coming into the UK they have everything to loose, how many UK students pay 10,000 quid a yr, even those who go to uni rely on HECS or scholarships from the government, This might also be some sort of propaganda to increase the number of students applying for student visas, (since na the same naija people dey advise them, na them go dey teach dem how to exploit we we and of course more money for the UK govt ), Nigeria is not to blame for everything,who hides all the money for the corrupt leaders? how many homes do these corrupt govt officials own in the UK, who has destroyed the whole Niger delta waters , neo-colonialism is still on, Only thing that can save us is some sort of revolution, not the type where we just change leaders but our system of government, |

My g/f came down to Nigeria with me and she had a hard time going thru customs back into her own country, , second time I was delayed in south africa for a while , the immigration guy kept saying i was not the person in the passport, I just laughed my head off and said to him, If i miss my flight its on u coz u know its non refundable and it sure as hell didn't come cheap either , he looked at my P over n over again and said you can go now, I think if u have no skeleton in your cupboard, you definitely won't take nonsense from them, as 2pac will say PUT UR HEAD UP, One love from Australia |

I applied to the canadian embassy 4yrs ago with help from a few friends, i am down in australia now after applying twice, funny in naija visa dey hard but if u don travel na easy thing, been to south africa, Japan and already have my US visa , heading there when its not freezing , best advise na don't stop trying, just stick to the same parley and anytime dem ask u about ur history , u go need to yarn enough nonsense about ur life history, |

Hey everyone i live in Australia and its a bleeped up place, this is not a matter of refugees and all that, The girls love u of course but its still crap because they discriminate and they stereotype, I have some black friends here who r not refugees some r even british citizens , they r surprised with how racist it is even tho australia is marketed as a multicultural country,it is far from it only the cities are a bit multicultural, There r indigenous people here who r the real people of australia, they r still discriminated against, there was something on the news about one of the elders cooked alive in a police van, I advise if u want to travel to Australia go to a place like Cairns where u have equal blacks and whites, do alot of research about where u intend to study before u travel down under, I have been in places where i've been the only black guy out of 20thousand people, i plan to travel to canada when im done with my nursing degree. 2 Likes |
