Well, let's assume that tinubu wins APC presidential nomination in 2022...

Let's also assume that Buhari anoints him as 'the chosen one'.

Tinubu and Buhari have large voting blocs in the SW and North. SS, SE and parts of the middle belt will go for PDP as usual...while the real battle ground would be middle belt states.

Tinubu could win by a margin of one to two million votes. Hypothetically.

Whether he can hold APC together once Bubu retires is another matter....plus digruntled APC aspirants could play spoiler.

(if you think the concept of electoal blocs voting for a certia party is strange...see the US where there are red and blue states that for decades have not been flipped)

Of course, SW can still fall to the PDP, regardless. It happened before...
