Looking to apply for the PR, but still weighing options if myself or wife will be the PA. We are both arranging for IELTS now.

I have some questions which I would like to be answered,

1. My wife has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the National Teachers Institute together with has BSc.
(a) Will the PGDE be recognised? I tried to check without success!
(b) So do we get ECA for the PGDE as well as BSc?

2. With the most recent experiences of some peeps (here only, dont know of others), is it better apply for ECA through WES or IQAS?

I had been trying to get a Chinese manufacturer to agree Form M payment rather than T/T. They recently accepted but asked that I use any of Standard Chartered, CitiBank or HSBC.

I really need to make a transaction before next Wednesday, 22nd July - BECAUSE of CBN's MPC meeting and they MAY decide to officially devalue the Naira further.

I would really say the north has done that.

From the likely voting pattern, only 7 APC senators appeared to have enhanced Saraki's unopposed outcome, while about 60 additional Reps from APC supported Speaker Dogara. Not all of them came from the core north. So as a party, APC still has majority of its members in unity.

But, its just a case of poor management of the issue by APC, if they are even allowed to manage it.

In as much i like your support for Bruce comments, i take exceptions on the new found advisers. They re complaining about the economic reality and the need to tight our belts, i don't have any objection to that but they re in this country (Ben) when Jonathan was wasting Nigeria resources meant for common man, I have never seen or read Ben bruce come hard on Jonathan for buying more Jets and high level of corruption in his administration, working and hoping for Jonathan to be re elected until he was rejected at the poll. Would Ben Bruce say the same thing if Jonathan was re elected? NO, it will be business as usual.

Hi everyone.

Please I need advice on if the Naira will get weaker or stronger against the Dollar over the next 1 or 2 weeks.
I need to buy forex for some capital expenditure in 2 weeks time. But do not have all the money now.

So is it advisable to buy as much US $ now. Or should I wait with hope that the Naira rate will come down over the next 2 weeks.


I note that Naira has gone from N202 to N220 against the dollar in the last 2-3 weeks already.

Guys, please can you advice and give your thoughts on this.

I registered a Ltd company a couple of years ago with purposes for consulting, construction, agriculture, etc. However, I have not operated it since then. I intend to run the company now, focusing on the agric business I submitted for Youwin! grant.

Can I use this conglomerate-ish company for the Youwin! programme?
Or in another way, must the business name / Ltd company you register with CAC be solely setup for the type of business you are requesting the grant for?
