EFCC on top of everything? I think the NPF is supposed to be in charge of cases like illegal mining? Okay...maybe somehow, it's a financial crime...but then, robbery is also a financial crime and EFCC won't go after armed robbers

I was expecting a strong defence or rebuttals from the woman but we have no seen that. She also did not sound like a woman still loyal to her husband.

That said people are saying the 2 younger boys look like their dad based on physical looks and observation so the paternity test results if indeed conducted may not be accurate or true.

The EFCC had sought an interim forfeiture of the monies and properties under Section 17 of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006, Section 44(2)(b) of the Constitution, and the court’s inherent jurisdiction.

Specifically, the anti-graft agency requested “an interim order forfeiting to the Federal Government of Nigeria the funds held in the accounts listed in Schedule ‘A,’ which are reasonably suspected to be proceeds of unlawful activities.”
