So what are the Solutions Sir? These, he noted, could affect economic growth, unless some actions were immediately taken to ease liquidity conditions in the markets.
He said, “The committee noted that the overall macroeconomic environment remained fragile. “The committee noted that liquidity withdrawals following the implementation of the TSA, elongation of the tenure of state government loans as well as loans to the oil and gas sectors could aggravate liquidity conditions in banks and impair their financial intermediation role, thus affecting economic growth, unless some actions were immediately taken to ease liquidity conditions in the markets.
“Having seen two consecutive quarters of slow growth, the committee recognized that the economy could slip into recession in 2016 if proactive steps were not taken to revive growth in key sectors of the economy.” |

In my opinion, open BBB.com or CNN.com and try to replicate their homepage.
focus on CSS and particularly on the margin, padding, list-style,float, position and background Selectors
try out different stuff like color combinations with time you'd get very firm.
you can use W3schools for quick reference. |
Webmasters › Re: Learn Web Design LIVE On Nairaland!!! by stynhaq(m): 3:40pm On Aug 06, 2015 |
engrrichie92: ...<div> opening and closing tag are used to sectionalised your webpage(breaking them into sections and columns)..for instance,a typical website would have say an header section, navigation section, main page column, etc depending on whatever layout in mind...
ids and classes are used to name this sections for styling...
for example <div id = "header"> <\div> and then you go to your style sheet page(if it's external) or still on the html page in the <style> </style> tags (if it's internal) to do your styling
you could have something like #header { background: black; width:100%; }
similar to ids are classes ..also used to style a particular area or section of a webpage and's also created using the div tag
An example's this: <div class = "paragraph"> I want words in this paragraph to be bold, and say green in color and aligned to the left <\div>
then you style
.paragraph { text-color: green; text-align:left; text-decoration: bold; } and eventually all text in the paragraph class follows that styling rule...please note the difference # for ids and . for classes. I hope this helps
Nb: I'm a learner like you too and just want to help with the little I know and of course this is open to corrections from Any webmaster in the house
ids You are correct. some additional info; classes are used when there is intention to reuse it in the same code whereas ids are mainly specific to a particle element. for example, if you want to style all your divs with a particular font-family(use class( but want to style a particular paragraph with a different font(use id) finally, id may be required in Js for specificity when using the getElementById Method |

In my opinion, the responsive Design argument is just like the other similar arguments in IT in general - there are no rules of thumb.
Use whatever solves your problems.
Because Google doesn't use RWD doesn't mean it is bad practice.
FYI: Microsoft uses Responsive design. They are both American and Technology giants too. |

Education › Koran Overtakes The Bible As The Most Sold Book by stynhaq(op): 11:53am On Jul 16, 2015 |
The World’s Most Popular Book ISN’T Harry Potter (Or The Bible) Harry Potter devotees may fondly imagine that the boy wizard rules the world of literature with a wand of iron - but actually, he doesn’t. J K Rowling’s creation only ranks fifth in a list compiled by LoveReading.com of the most popular books of all time. The list ranks books by totalling the number of translations, the number of editions per translation, and the copies sold of each edition. Harry Potter only makes it into the top five by total sales of the entire series, jostling for position with religious texts and Chairman Mao’s Little Red Book, which was widely disseminated in Communist China. The Top Ten list is here The Koran – three billion copies sold The King James Bible – 2.5bn Quotations from Chairman Mao Tse-tung, Mao Zedong – 800m Don Quixote, Miguel de Cervantes – 500m Harry Potter series, JK Rowling – 450m A Tale of Two Cities, Charles Dickens – 200m The Lord of the Rings, JRR Tolkien – 150m Le Petit Prince, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry – 140m Alice in Wonderland, Lewis Carroll – 100m Dream of the Red Chamber, Cao Xueqin – 100m https://uk.news.yahoo.com/the-world-s-most-popular-book-isn-t-harry-potter--or-the-bible-084319142.html |

pazienza: You are a fool. You plan to reap where you didn't sow, may Amadioha strike you down.
The entire Igbo race were made to bear the blunt of an Anioma Man misguided mission, non of you non Igbo deltan leeches would be fast to claim Nzeogwu 1966 coup as a Deltan coup, you push it over to Ndiigbo, but now something good comes out of Anioma, and like leeches you want to attach to it by force, and push out the rest of the Igbo nation? Onye Oshi!
Go and die. Keshi and Oliseh remains Igbo until the day Nzeogwu coup be changed to "Deltan coup" , and not before then. Did Nzeogwu start the civil war? Why was he shielded by Aguiyi-Ironsi? Why did Azikiwe not support Ojukwu? Is Ojukwu from Delta too? Young man you're just making it a big deal here. The point I was trying to make initially was that Both Keshi and Oliseh are from Delta (as Okagbare, Okocha too), trying to cement the State's position in sports right from time immemorial. |

Oliseh and Keshi are Igbos from Delta state, just as pazienza is an Igbo from Anambra state. Whatever. |
