A coach who received a 37 man list and his first decision was to remove Ebuehi, Dessers, Akpoguma, Bassey imagine if he was given the freedom to draw his own list from scratch, we are in trouble

Rohr submitted a 37 man list, Eguavoen trimmed it to 28 man list removing our foreign born talents who deserve to be on the list based on merit, twist it as much as you want it doesn't remove the truth

He might not be in the initial 40 man list submitted by Rohr and going by the rumour of no replacement policy by CAF, maybe that's why the hand of the coaches are tied.

Regarding Ebuehi, not suggesting his inclusion but we've not really tried him out much of recent to know if he still has that same Argentina match vibe with him

Ebuehi has been playing well in the Italian league and has performed in multiple matches for the SE for you to be mentioning Argentina match and he was replaced by Shehu and Jamilu Collins who have had monstrous performances for the SE

They didn't even wait before trimming all the foreign born from the list, Aribo is even lucky he is an integrated member of the squad, local coaches my ass

Sequel to my post yesterday where I expressed my intention to take over the responsibility of organising the annual Nairaland Nigeria Football award as requested by Icon4s this year, I'm glad to announce that the award would go ahead as planned, and I'll be coordinating it with Drklever.

Four people from this thread will join the nomination committee alongside me and Drklever, with icon4s being a honorary member.

On this note, members of the thread are to nominate 3 monikers they wish to be part of the committee. Unlike how it was previously done where we would nominate only one moniker, I suggest we nominate 3 each so as to make it more flexible and have more people nominated.
Here's how the nomination selection will be sorted;
3 points would be awarded to the first name nominated, 2 points to the second and 1 point to the last.
Example: I nominate Danielnino00, Drklever and icon4s. in this case, Danielnino00 will have 3 nomination point, Drklever will have 2 and icon4s will have 1.
At the close of the nomination process, the 4 monikers with the most points will be added to the committee. Any moniker that's selected to the committee but doesn't wish to participate for any reason whatsoever will be replaced by the another one from below the top 4.
Nomination starts now and close on Monday, December 27th 2021.

He has coached these players for five years and you feel you know more about them than him, when you have never met them?

Oga he invited 3 natural midfielders for a tournament like Afcon, and has continually jampacked the SE with redundant defenders and Strikers for years despite the myriad of midfielders staring at him,playing players out of position, starting poor players while the best players are on the bench, He may know more about their personal challenges but he is handicapped in the football aspect of things

Ok let's say you don't hate Pinnick but you prefer the fraud Aminu Maigari to him, and about being Mourinho's assistant where is it written that assistant's must have the same football ideologies of their boss, Arteta was under Guardiola for many years yet had a distinct football ideology from him, Carrick was under Ole for years yet set a completely different formation on his first match, I'm not really bothered about his style of play given that he has been successful in places he has been as far as he can transfer his successes as a manager to the SE, carry on!
