Eguavoen's first decision as interim coach: remove the foreign borns from Rohr's 37 man list, Second decision: Replace the foreign borns who would have made the contingency list with local players I present to you your much wanted local coach |

TheGoodJoe:
This is not friendly match but invitation to camp. All the players will he in camp. So do you believe Ebuehi, Desserts, or Akpoguma, will leave their club duties to come and be on standby list in camp?
The news is clear. Eguavoen is inviting 5 home based players to slbe on the standby list in case something happens. What are you even talking about, is this the first time we have our standby list from our international players even the last Afcon standby list was from our international players, Eguavoen first decision and second decision as interim manager has been to alienate our foreign born and international players but he is not Pinnick so you have to lie to yourself to defend his close mindedness |

TheGoodJoe: Lateness. Tell me which foreign based player that will follow you to camp, leave his club duties to wait in camp to see if someone injures. If the person doesn't injure, he does not play for country or club. Clubs are notified that players are in the standby list so if players are injured in camp they are called up, it is done in friendly matches talkless of a tournament like Afcon. |

It will prove very difficult to get foreign clubs to release their players for AFCON if the callups are late. This is just basic. Our standby list has always been from our main players what changes now? |

lovewins: Colin Udoh reported yesterday that 5 home based players will also be in camp in addition to the other 28 invited to step in incase of injuries, issues with club release or other unforseen circumstances. So home based are now the contingency plan instead of players that actually merit the list, hmm |

Tessyy1701: We can both believe whatever We want...
Personally pained that Ebuehi and Bassey is not making the court. I want to tell You if Rhor is the one that selected the 28 man squad the only difference we'll have is AKPOGUMA making it.. All others won't make it Bassey made Rohr's 23 man list before he caught fire so you are saying he won't make the 28 man list now he's our most inform defender? And didn't Rohr get fired for incompetence and now we have a coach making arguably worse decisions |
